I had the same thoughts as Rob has. We will see in the future if they pull again, what Rustam can do against Zoloev...

I think if he moves up he may beat rustam because he hooks, and all other hookers for that matter. IMO not "he may" because he already did while weighing 20 pounds lighter..there is no 187 that can toproll him. I don't think he will go through the heavier toprollers as easy as rustam as I believe rustam has much better hand and wrist. for sure stronger but i doubt much better than Zoloev's right now. This will make a long day at worlds as very few will willing hook him and as he fatigues..... Well it might look like the year Janis beat him. after he beat Jerry and gave a tough match to Nordmuns (with a tired arm) i realised that no one at 187 pounds can touch him even if he would a war with Rustam.. Just because he beat rustam doesn't mean he can beat everyone he beats. true but except Arsen i dont see anyone under 200 pounds beating him at the moment (scary).. My money is on rustam over arsen all day, 60-40 for Rustam. arsen beats zoloev easy.... better be easy or there may be a surprise.. I think a lot of heavier toprollers will give him trouble while I think rustam is very solid and hard to toproll..... you mean a lot of superheavyweights or just heavier guys? if you dont mean only superheavyweights then who are the guys in your opinion that can toproll him? yes Rustam has better hooking ability than Zoloev. no you are not,JMO. I'm not discrediting him, he is incredible, just making a realistic assessment if these two do start competing in same class in same class (weight) no one can make me believe that Rustam can beat Zoloev in the shape that he was at Zloty..

I dont care to argue about how freaky arsen and rustem and Zoloev are but I want to agree with RVJ on the soul fact that for the rest of our sake that they cant get that much stronger cause then everyone is screwed! they are at their limits but only weight gain can make them stronger. On a way more important not engin come train me im a flowerbed and dont train. Id love to get some info on your thoughts of proper training and what to do but it can be else were not on the zloty page. i saw your picture on facebook, you look huge.i am sure you are very strong as well.

the only possibility Rustam to beat Zoloev is,Rustam to develope a quick toprolling ability.Rustam is a strong & explosive guy and he has chance to do this..

As a persons muscle gets larger it gets stronger. The problem is that most people think that when they measure their bicep and its bigger it must be stronger. This is not necessarily true. It can simply be water and fat.
Most weight gain is NOT do to larger muscles. It is generally water and fat.
BUT
When an already very lean person gains weight threw muscle growth. He is definitely getting stronger. As far as Zoleov. He is very lean and as he gets heavier, it is probably do to muscle growth and therefore he will get stronger.
I have always thought the the human arm can get every bit as strong as the human leg. This has been somewhat gone after while pushing ei:bench pressing, but never really gone after pulling. I think guys like John, Zoleov, Arsen, Rustam will some day be the normal of every top puller. We are only now starting to see what the human arm can do. Through proper training.
Zoloev is a guy that has been training properly for armwrestling since a very young age. Both his dad and uncle were great armwrestlers. Bongard, Bill Brzenk and myself have pulled with both of them back in 1994.
Zoloev, Arsen, Rustam are the future of armwrestling. START TRAINING

As for beating Zoloev. It will take a TR. His hook is leaps and bounds ahead of the curve. I have seen Janis crack his wrist before. It will take a very powerful AND a very technical TR to get his hand and beat him.
