Most of the people I pull have shorter arms so, I've adapted to setup with that shorter arm, now with that said..it's a whole diff story with a longer ARM.

Here you go again with the "I'm not going to post" BS, that we have all heard before. It seems like it only takes about 10 minutes before you're back on here replying, or explaining something in the "training" forum.......LOL.

Speaking of hands-----how are your issues doing?

If I was a big giant freak I wouldn't get it, either.

Honestly, Christian. How many people did you ever pull regularly that were bigger and taller than you? Yeah, all two of them in 25 years.

You big goon. This is small guy talk.

LMAO..Well I really try, but when its "stuff" like this, I can''t help it,. plus its on this part of the board.....

Issues are the same, but as you can read AND see, Devon can not take that in 02 I beat him EASILY and at a side table a few yrs ago at the BBEAR....So he is TRYING to get me to pull again..

Imagine telling Igor, that CHRISTIAN BINNIE, who is in active since 09, with all this left sided issues, and back issues, AND OLDER, that I am the only one he wants to pull....Thats says something for about his weakaSS left 19.7inch (LMAO) arm..... ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

i agree a person needs a strong wrist

but
i think having strong fingers long enough to reach the knuckle of someone is a advantage
and
you are strong esp in the index and middle fingers

Bash? Not sure why anyone would bash you for your opinion, maybe disagree but bash? Maybe I just havnt been around long enough

My wrist feels stronger than the majority of people I will pull but my fingers will not hold many of them, I guess this would not be a problem in the strap because there is not much climbing going on in there, but when you train with a whole crew of national level hand climbers like I do IMO you need all the finger/hand strength you can get
