California that is a long ways away Harold. Oct. 19th. Yeah I just don't think I can save up the money for a flight for me an Holly out there because she would wanna come pull too. Maybe if I get this new job soon enough I will have the money though. Who all usually pulls at it?

There have been respected pullers pull this tourny before. I know Marcio Barboza pulled this back in the day!
Who will be there this year...hard to say but I will be reffing it!

It would be nice to pull in this one, i just haven't got the money to come over from the UK in October, i've been wondering about a world amateur comp since coming second at the British amateur but everyone i asked said there wasn't one. Guess they were wrong!!

so If I read it correctly, (and watched the video from last year) Then lets say Jake Smith could enter the 98's left hand? There is a hispanic gent from Sacramento I think that has one it 17 years in a row? there should be more rules that "Govern" it an "Amateur" event.

I guess technically that could happen and i have thought about entering the heavys or supers just to pull a little bit but i think i will just watch like last year. THe guy you are speaking from sacramento has won it but not each year. Jaime sheldon won in 2005 and i won in '06 and he battled with an obvious amature last year. His name is Victor torres and all though he is pretty seasoned he is definitley an amature
