I would say it depends on weight limit... at 86 kg Rustam, at 90 kg IMO still Rustam, at 95 kg.... maybe Arsen. Anyway Rustam is my favourite, especially if he manages well to go to the strap. I vote for him

if Arsen must weigh not more than 90 kg, IMO yes, Rustam can stop Arsen's hit and beat him. I already saw more than a hooker who stopped Arsen (Frroku, Lubomir, Khadaev...), obviously Arsen would be stronger for a supermatch with Rustam than how he was when the names I mentioned stopped him, but Rustam is really stronger than those names (stronger both in the wrist curling and in the offensive strenght in a hook)...
so IMO with the help of the strap (I bet that Rustam would try to go to the strap in every match with Arsen) Rustam is able to catch Arsen's hit in a hook and has enough strenght to pin him. Just my opinion. I would bet on Rustam.

If Arsen 198 and Rustam put on 10 more pounds of muscle would be a very good match however if Arsen drops 10 187 I think Rustam has a better chance but not by much Tough Call would be one hell of a supermatch at 187! or 198 depending how big Rustam can get! I Voted Rustam

I also saw Ivan Matyushenko stop Arsen inside last year (not sure which tourney it was, I saw the vid on WOA) and they seemed very even but Ivan fouled out. I really want to see Rustam vs. Arsen. At 90kg I'd go with Rustam but would love to see it, if the weight limit is 209 then I'm not sure.

I won't say it hasn't happened, but I have never seen anyone take Rustams hand. Iwould definitely pick Rustam no matter what the weight

Someone get this match set up! that would be very boring match.either Arsen will flash Rustam or Rustam will catch Arsen and crush him.all about the set up and start.i agree with the dominant opinion.at 90kg Rustam has better chance while at 95kg Arsen has better chance to win.also if set up provides a fair non supinated & straight wrist then Arsen will have more chance.because the time that Rustam will spend to supinate his hand is the time that Arsen will use to go to pin pad.if the match starts supinated then Rustam will have more chance.what i just mentioned above is the key of this supermatch!
