I like the grizzley adams look......especially if it slows you down. keep it !!!! ALSO there is no shame in losing to Shane Mclaughlin....the man is strong, as I have said before. That he is...that he is. However, I felt something and would like another crack is all. Nothing against him..he beat me..simple as that..But I am a puller who learns...and I feel I learned something. As for the beard...already gone..lol

Good to hear Shane did well. I met him once and he had nothing but positive things to share, and gave me some rehab advice for my elbow as well.
Congrats Shane!

Great tournament! Top Roll Rocks!!! First off... Travis you are 100% right I was in a long match with Miller and fired up. The match started with a slip at the hit, we went to the straps. He took off with a great hit,I was coming back on my side of the table he popped up for the restart. Next he hit me like a bus I think I stopped it at the same place (close to a pin.) I started my way back and on the other side of the table. The down side ref called the pin. I looked at you and said " You make the call your the head ref" The down side ref on the other side of the table & was in a char & your face was 3in from the pin pad. #1 My tone was out of line. I was fired up. Next time I will turn down the V I just hope that you will cut me some slack. My tone was out of line & all I can say is my bad brother

To everybody who missed the "Top Roll" event....I am so sorry. . I can't reproduce the level of energy through out the entire event! It was really off the hook! Molly and Gary were on the radio in Hot Springs, before hitting the road to K.C.. 8 hours is a long drive... We have named this month March Maddness!!! Arnold's(Ohio) one way 12 hours, Pulling John(Austin) one way 9 or 10 hours, but double that we were with Monster Michael Todd! Haven't found a vehicle BIG enough for him! Then Arm TV was in the house. And last....Top Roll event 8 hours. It's time to rest and save up money.. But Back to the event...OMG! Woody, we had a blast. Second wind came along and the energy was like osmosis!!!! It was definitely a who's who of the up and coming!!!! Not to mention the big names that showed too! Plaster thanks for the positive words! Molly is still young! and Emma's hit was too much for her this night. But I feel it sparked a drive in wanting to train to attain a goal...either catch the hit or beat the go! Molly has a big hand and incredible back pressure. Working on her wrist as everybody has suggested. Something she has been missing...women armwrestlers and she enjoyed the event both during and after. OMG, who was that man... not my husband....Joe was like a caged animal! LOL He was so much fun to watch. Sorry to the ladies at the table. I blame it all on Russel! To those who got better pics, please share with us! And there was a lady??? Taking pics at the event her's can be found at www.nightlifeKC.com with phone # 913-940-9601. I'm glad i have the rest of the week end to recoup! Talk with you guys soon!~nan

Had great time pulling and BS'ing. Wags congrats on the team title hope to see you at Unifieds. Jeremy-- me and you will meet again, again, and again. I'm sure that your game plan will be different at the Pull for Hungry (thats what seasoned/good pullers do they adjust) The way you handled Bobbie Green was impressive. I would recommend the Shrick Quadro, with the shaving---smooth as a babies a$$.. Mike M. hope you can come to the Pull for Hungry its great event, and its helps out some less fortunate people, always 3 some years 4 tables of action--Just go www.armwrestle.com and look at some of the entries from the past years 200+.. I missed it last year due to injury. The 176 class could be another prefect storm like the Toproll event. Nancy you are right your husband is scary when gets fired up, he felt strong left handed---Now to get to St. Joe on April 4th---pretty please. Hats off to Woody, Arm TV, and esp. the refs they had a long night! Don F. thanks for putting the loot-up for the overall's. The supermatches were action packed!! Nice to meet and talk the guys from team WY. Good bunch of guys.. Russ nice shooting the breeze with you also. Now don't beat yourself up, like you I sometimes get overly fired-up ..I have seen myself on tape before going "did I really say that". But, most armwrestlers are that way (we are adrenaline junkies-we turn it on then off) sometimes it gives a guy that extra 5% to pull the win out. Key is leaving it at the table. The kids wrestling club that I coach, I also tell them the measure of a true champion is how you conduct yourself in victory and defeat..Sometimes even I need to take some of my own advice. Thanks for the class act comments that really means allot coming from fellow pullers. I consider you all friends and tough competitors. Hope to some of you guys/gals soon!! SHANE

hey everyone just wanted to get on and talk abit about the tourny. well first i want to say that top roll is a tournament like no other. i had a really good time even with some of the minor problem still had a great time. as for my super match i think that i impressed people. i knew that my training was helping and i felt very strong even throughout the tourny. i just wish my left was up to par but anyways, bill is a great strong competitor and shouldnt be taken lightly. the match was very intense and he kept me guessing the whole way right hand i felt i dominated pretty much and left hand he dominated i thought if i could get a full hook i could stop him but i was really never able to. i really enjoyed the event location very big (could have used a stage to see better but other than that great location. team wyo came in and did what we do best. i beleve we won 5 out of 8 first places (cant remmeber exactly) thanks Don U and Bill L for a great time o and one last thing i know that this is very early to bring this up but i would like to throw out to bill and don the next 185 belt competitor, only reason i bringing this up is because i think it could be good match and i know that both of them wouldnt mind pulling. i think that the next guy to pull bill should or could be Russ Stark. i think it has a very good conflict of style match up, just an idea. ok im done, over and out, YOUR NEW 160 pd TOPROLL WORLD CHAMP
