Yes James Smith would certainly shake up that class. I personally believe RVJ is the man to beat at 198 if he chooses to pull that class.
I would like to see Brent Rakers and Chandler pull myself.

whatever happened to Todd Hutchings? Is he retired now or does he still pull around that weight? He quietly abandoned the sport when the NAA ceased to exist. I heard that he put everything into the sport to make it to the top levels as a compensated athlete in the NAA. When that did not materialize, he quit. I also heard that he has refocused his energies on something else, but I forgot what that was.
