And here's another. In these photos you will notice the table has no peg and duct tape on the legs. Can we get some professional equipment? I know Frank Hirst makes some nice tables, as does Ron Klemba. How do you allow armwrestlers to continue to pull on a table that has no peg? It's a rule that you must hold on to the peg while competing. Did they throw this rule out? One would think that this organization that claims to hold more events than anyone else in this country, could at least afford to buy, ship, and use quality equipment. Sad Attachments:

Denise, where did your post go?
This one..... « Reply #1 Today at 11:18am » Nothing. They were setting up for a challenge match. Pretty easy to see that is what they are doing. Have you seen Blake pull before? Link to Post - Back to Top LoggedExecutive Director USAAOwner ArmSport Products

Pete, I decided you and your post weren't worth my time. Chris, This was at the Kentucky Showdown. The humidity had weakened Sunny's table so much that during the match the peg was pulled out of the table. Too bad we couldn't pull a new table out of the air . I guess we could've canceled the event because the peg was gone Denise

This was at the Kentucky Showdown Last Saturday. I was there. The pegs got broke off during competition. BOTH pegs. It was Sunny's table. Both times was during the Supers class.

No, Ms. Tournament Director, you could have assured that a quality table could have been shipped there and used.
Do you run into this problem often? Didn't you hold a Nationals in Springfield, Illinois outside in 100 degree weather?

If the humidity is the reason for the table malfunction, how come Chris Ceci's table held up at his tournament in Florida? Are you gonna tell me it wasn't humid in Florida?

Pete Milano giving me advice. If we had known a new table was needed it would have been there. denise P.S. The Nationals were in Maryville, Illinois, not Springfield. Worry about your own problems.

Demise maybe you should take some of my advice. It's your tournament. How can you say "If we had known a new table was needed, it would have been there"? Don't you think as the largest armwrestling promoting organization and as a USAF board member that you would ship QUALITY equipment for you to use at YOUR events.

Denise, I provide quality equipment for every event that I promote. I make sure that the are in good working condition and are ready for use the day of the event. I NEVER ask someone to use their "Practice" table for my events.

USAF has nothing to do with this. Don't you have an event next month? Better check things out for YOUR event instead of wasting your time on me and an event that already happened.

Denise, your dodging the issue and doing a piss poor job doing it. Let's make this simple. Why don't you and/or Leonard use the money your getting paid to put on these events and ship some quality equipment. I know Leonard makes tables, so use them.

I know this isn't my argument, but I would like to interject that the nearest convenient store from that location was 30 miles. My wife drove to it during the competition. Who knows where the nearest parcel service was. Despite the fact that a good table should have been used, It was still a good showdown everyone's happy. It wasn't a State, National, or World event. It was a meager 1st Annual tournament and I commend Leonard and Denise for even showing up considering they had to drive to Nashville to catch a plane out. This place was wayyyyyyyyy out of civilization.
