No SPIKE! good one! ok so lidelll beat one spike fighter.....and got destroyed otherwise. so his record in pride was what? 1-4? somethin like that? wow. "here a couple of guys that fedor has beat down just off the top a my head.... Mark Hunt ? Igor Vochanchin? Alistair Overeem? Mark Coleman? Kevin Randalman? Noguera? Matt Lindland? Andre Arlovski? Febricio Werdum? Yugi Nagata? Dont forget that pitifull excuse for a UFC champ Tim Silvia LMAO! And now Rogers?" do you know these guys? are you aware of what they did in the ring? just cus you never heard of em doesnt mean they are nobodies. Look up some of the fighters hes beaten, then maybe your opinion will change, maybe not, but reality is ou there somewhere, you just gotta look for it! and i suppose Mark Coleman is a nobody as well cus hes forty. Lord know if your over forty you must suck! just asl Randy Couture and Nog. they really suck. and if they do suck then i guess UFC suck too cus they are former champions! lmao! i mean being a phenom and an inovator and a pioneer in the sport of fighting means you must be awful.

Actually Liddell's pride record is 2-1 with his loss to Rampage, another UFC fighter who was in pride at the time. To think UFC doesnt have good fighters would be foolish. Fighters are there to make money and UFC offers large amounts of it and its promoted heavily on TV. So, to me the good IFL and Pride fighters who get offered fights in the UFC and decline are scared. It cant be because of the money!!

i agree that the UFC has good fighters.....but the level of fighter in the UFC has come A LONG WAY since the UFC started offering the big bucks. (courtesy of the support of Spike and others) UFC paid meager purses prior to the television exposure it received starting shortly before the Ultimate Fighter Series on Spike (in the US at any rate). before that K-1, Pride and others paid as much or more than UFC and had a much larger following just about anywhere except maybe the USA, in many cases landing them sponsorship and income from endorsements long before any UFC fighter ever dreamed about gettin any kind of deal like that. so the fact that the UFC offers "big Bucks" is a relatively new development.
this can be argued back and forth all day.
and saying That Fedor, or any other professional MMA fighte rfor that matter, is scared is laughable. yeah thats it, they chose to become professional fighters because they were scared, comon dude......
Research Fedor and you will see why it isnt all about money for him. i know its hard to believe but there are people that value things other than money. he was fighting long before he ever made a dime from it, and to criticize him by assuming he is afraid because he wont sell his soul to Dana White is outrageous! Fedor has wanted to fight the best that the UFC has to offer but Dana wont have it unless he owns the entire deal. look this stuff up! its there in black and white! Fedor has tried to get fights but Dana wont meet his requirements ( all he wants is to control his own career).
Just look what Rampage had to do just to star in a movie (The A Team) he had to quit the UFC cus Dana wouldnt let him because his contract stated that Dana owned his ass! its Bullcrap! i would think that you guys would be proud of Fedor (and Rampage) for not selling out and doing things his own way, but i guess yall dont see it that way, or maybe you were unaware of the details, IDK.

Mark Hunt and Ray Sefo are two of my favorites

Fedor is my favorite fighter. His discipline, resolve and unstoppable will to win no matter what is really impressive to say the least. However, if you look at the current top 10, Fedor's only faced two of the nine people ranked below him and had a very tough time with both of them (Nog #6 and Rogers #10). I would like to see Fedor fight more of the elite, but would not be too suprised if someone in the top five eventually beat him: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fedor_EmelianenkoMMA Rankings- Heavyweights:Fedor Brock Lesnar UFC Champion Cain Velasquez (+200) Josh Barnett (+320) Frank Mir (+320) Big Nog (+340) Shane Carwin (+400) Alistair Overeem (+400) Strikeforce Champion Junior Dos Santos (+400) Brett Rogers (+420) Aleks Emelianenko (+420) Gabriel Gonzaga (+420) Cheick Kongo (+420) Fabricio Werdum (+420) Antonio Silvia (+420) Pat Barry (+440) Andrei Arlovski (+440) Ben Rothwell (+480) Heath Herring (+600) Stefan Struve (+600) Tim Sylvia (+620) Jake O'Brien (+700) Kimbo Slice (+700) zewkey.com/rankingstest.htm

There is no doubt Fedor is a great fighter with some big name fights under his belt. But i highly doubt he is fighting for the love of it. Sure he enjoys its to some extent, but there comes a point when you you say, hey im pretty good at this lets see if i can make some money at it. If he has contracts with Pride then he aint in control of his career now. He may not want to have to do whatever Dana White says but he cant expect to walk in the door and be in charge. He's being paid by someone else to fight. Just like any other job. If he doesnt want to follow Dana's rules then he shouldnt be interested in fighting UFC's best. Either he wants to fight them or he doesnt, plain and simple. But it sounds like someone is in love with Fedor!!!! JK

You people are talking about being in love with a fighter and you say this. Come on now! Brock lesnar fought what 6 fights and now everyone thinks he's God. Seriously people, this same Lesnar hasnt fought or competed lately because of an infection. The FACTS not opinions are that fedor has never been beaten due to KO TKO or tapout . The only lose this guys had in the last decade was due to a referee stopping a fight. Untill Brock gets out of bed and the fight happens, nobodys opinions matter. Saying a guy with a hand full of fights is going to kill the "arguably" best fighter in the last ten years is just stupid.

It doesnt take to many fights to see that he is a monster!! I agree, he has alot to prove but i have faith in that big dude. He actually had ruptured a piece of his intestine and had crap spilling in to his abdomen for a while. They had to remove all that and take out a small piece of his intestine. So it was a little more than just an infection. By the way Chop, we pulling tomorrow?

Brock had a 106-5 Division 1 record in college wrestling. While extremely impressive, that's still five losses in four years.
Alexander Karelin, on the other hand, faced tougher competition than D1 college wrestlers. He's an olympian who went undefeated for 13 years. He's the athlete Fedor says he looks up to more than anyone else.
Too bad Karelin didn't seriously pursue a career in MMA.
