We had another good one. Thanks to everyone who came out. There was good talent in every class. With a lot of surprising outcomes. James R was a beast right handed. Giles sr won his first left handed class. Chris Heath pulled good and got a big win on my old man. Congrats to Gary Kessler. He won the most stacked class. 9 or 10 guys and everyone was a solid 76 puller. Aaron Blevins and Shoemaker had war of a hook match early on which didn't help their efforts for the rest of the tourney. Tommy Russell beat Junior Hostler in a hook in their first match, then Tommy had technical difficulties in his next 2 matches. Also, the Story brothers continue to be a wrecking crew in the 76 & 98 lefty classes. Here are some of the results as I remember:
54's Mark Harrison Lloyd Ramsey, McKinley Bateman ? - R Jeremy Fraley, Lloyd Ramsey ? - L
76 Gary Kessler, Steve Shoemaker, Paul Story - R Paul Story, Jeremy Kessler, Shoemaker it think?? - L
98 Josh Jones, Giles Russell jr, Jimmy Conners - R Daniel Story, Paul Story, Josh Jones?
220 James Retarides, Chris Heath, Ken Smith - R Giles Russell sr, Darnell Burris, ?
heavys James R, ? - R Mike Griffin, ? L
Overalls James R - R Giles Sr - L
The video will be sent in to Arm tv soon.

I have to say that we as ECA are very pleased to see both of our tournaments growing as they are. This one being our smaller one approaching 75 entries and the "Quest With Arms" last year already over 100 entries shows that the growth has been acceptional in just literally a couple of years. I personally would to thank everyone from the pullers to the Port O Call for their help or particapation in making this an event that people want to attend. Thanks

Thanks Giles, it was fun (except for all the driving). In a few days I am making the trek up there again with Nicole and Noah. Nicole's family is renting a house in Nags Head. Thankfully, I will actually get a chance to actually spend some time and see the Outer Banks this time. Great job to you, Keith and Ray for putting together the event. It was nice seeing some old friends and I enjoyed the after pulling.

Yes, he pulled rt handed. Can't remember who got him, but that class was no joke. Interesting, Gary told me back in November that his boy beats him easily, maybe Gary is making some leaps. Congrats on your success Mr. Kessler, are you gonna make it to the KY Muscle again this year ?
