Personally, if Scott is going to make it right and fix the issue , give him the opportunity to fix it...He is already out of pocket for the tables, and what is he going to do with three used tables....

If Scott can fix all the problems i mentioned then ya i would be happy to receive 3 new tables but my question is WHY was i treated the way i was and why did i have to post on the board and make a youtube video for something to happen. I dont think he would have said or done anything for me if i didnt complain in a big way. Also on his latest post he said.....From that point the phone conversation changed direction to Dante informing me that the frame design was all wrong and they should be built completely different. The rest of the conversation was not one of the proudest moments for either of us I am sure. ....All i said was the problem with the table and how i thought it could be fixed i asked him if STB was a company he was very rude and made it very personal. Me or I as the customer has a right to complain about a product if its falling apart.

Well first off I didn't say anything right off. I waited like we all did for you to explain and make it right. You didn't . So I figured I would help those that felt like they got screwed with the 150$ credit toward my table. We all read the letter and for you not to comment on the situation made alot of people lose all respect for you. Hopefully you do the right thing and give him a total refund like he wants. Personally I wouldn't sleep at night knowing someone was that upset about my product. And yes should be money back. Since your tables are so bullet proof why don't you offer a 100% customer satisfaction gaurantee for life or their money back? You should let your product speak for it's self and not slander your competition to get sales.

Dante'...You are right, I apologize to you for not handling your complaint better. I do have reputation for great customer service and I didnt give you my best and for that I am sorry. I want you to be a fan of STB tables, thats why I want to make you new table frames and fix your Pad issue so that youll be proud to own them. I would have made this right wether or not you had done this board thing. The people who made there comments on here had no influence on my decision whatsoever but the youtube video did help me to see what was really happening with the frames so thank you for posting that. Maybe we can stop hashing and rehashing this crap now and just move forward to the next phase of getting you the product you want. Merry Christmas

Frank I've seen lot's of posts from satisfied customers. We have all seen your business grow from a hobby to a supplemental income. My point was I don't think it was in your best interest or place to speak with statements you made. I'm not disrespecting you or your product. You aren't the only legit table builder out there though, but you were the only builder to shoot at Scott while he was down. I asked questions about your tables because you don't have problems with your graphics so I inquired for constructive purposes. My point I guess is you have plenty of friends and supporters you don't need to take jabs to catapult your productivity. I hope you can gather the positives from this and not gravitate to negative interpretation. I have had many conversations with Scott about tables and never once has he slandered your name or product. Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas.
