Thanks Clint, I never read any of these pages until now. I find it funny. It is interesting that the Castos have some sort of issue with me. Don't know why that is...I think it has to do with befriending an old friend of theirs and helping him train for armwrestling....how do I live with myself I wonder what Andrew Casto weighs right now. I am 196 and have been pulling actively. I won a few tough matches against good pullers at Alabama and then went 1 and 2 with Tim Mcpherson...lost the last one on fouls...kind of like I did with Andrew. But you wouldn't catch me bragging about it if I won. Another issue I have with these rankings is (no offense Johnny) but people that pull both 198 and 220 should probably be ranked in both if they have wins on the guys that are ranked.

It makes it really complicated if I have to rank people in two classes though. Just too much work, I would rather keep it to one class. Any more updates in this class? I have very little time to search up results these days.

This list is a mess. A lot going on to figure out. Just a few observations...
1. Chad Silvers - Top Dog 2. Alex Jigalko - beast, but is he still 98's? Fairly inactive..Heard he was lighter 3. Andrew Casto - 220? Fairly inactive. Last time at 98's? Def a top puller. 4. James Retarides - belongs somewhere near the top 5. Mark Taggart - belongs somewhere near the top 6. James Battles - 220? Last time at 98's? 7. Shane Alger - Just pulled 87's in Fla and was beat by Junior Andrews, but heard he beat Taggart in Bama so, who know's what to think... 8. Dean Sain - Got injured in WV and not sure what his status is 9. DJ Savoy - inactive 10. Scot Hohrath - belongs somewhere in the middle 11. Chris Heath - I think is moving out of the 98's 12. David Istre - 76 now? 13. Giles Russel JR. - belongs somewhere near the end 14. Chad Lowder - Hasn't pulled righty in a event in foreva.True 87 guy 15. Ryan Comardelle - Pulled 76 at AAA's In case you need some fillers after you adjust: 16. Josh Jones from Va - Beats me, pulls locally at 3 or 4 events a year and is good. 17. Daniel Story solid and at 98 now 18. Randy Stanaway old school, training hard now and dangerous 19. Ray Berry 20. Mike Gianelli - if he's going to be 98's from now on.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple good 98's so, feel free to list them if so.
My RH 98 list would look something like this:
1. Chad Silvers 2. James Retarides 3. Mark Taggart 4. Shane Alger 5. Scot Hohrath 6. Dean Sain - injured, may need to be moved down or off 7. Josh Jones 8. Giles Russel JR. 9. Randy Stanaway 10. Mike Giannelli 11. Daniel Story 12. Ray Berry

I think Ryan Barnett should be on there somewhere, hard to say because I don't think he has pulled many on that list
anyone who cares about rankings should come to the Quest for Arms sept 11th, I for one am sick of not being recognized!!!

True. Barnett is right there too. Hard to say where at since we've never pulled him.
You will get all the "face time" you need at the Quest. With Arm TV in the house and a bunch of the Southeast' best 76's you'll be recognized for sure if you "do work".

Daniel Story 13. Ray Berry **Alex Jigalko (formerly #2 inacive/illness) **Dean Sain (formerly #7 inactive/injured)

Thank you so much for the recognition and I hope by the end of the year I will haved proved that I need to be on that list. Until that time comes I will continue to practice like I'm in last place so I can compete like I'm in first place. Plan your work and work your plan and anything is possible. What's up James!!!

Didn't you beat D. Sain earlier this year? I think that's what I heard (don't think the results were ever posted) if so, I think you would go right above him.

Yes I did. It was 4 months ago and to Deans credit he mentioned that he was injured. I would LOVE to pull him injury free with no excuses. Thanks Giles for the support!!

Hey Ryan, not much...trying to get this left arm stronger so that it matches the right. Giles, your rankings are pretty solid. Alex (in top form would be tough to beat and would probably be...based on past performance...in the 2 spot). I spoke with him last week and he is starting to regain his strength!!!

Yeah he is back in the 180's now, his strength is slowly coming back. Shouldn't take him too long. That sickness really hit him very hard he was down to 168lbs.
