I'm weighing about 255. I got 50 more to go. Going slow on purpose so I can keep the muscle and strength.

Some great pulling last night. No excuses, some of these younger newer guys handed me my a _ _ last night. Going to have to get in a lot better shape. Great tournament, I just don't think we should have 3 tournaments in the Northwest on the same day, I know the numbers were down for this one; not sure about the other two.

Oh and Tom lost his first Left match against Allen Ferreria...I would Love to see a Trainied Allen. I will say Tom went through him fairly easy the next two matchs though.

A huge thanks to Team Oregon for all the hard work and time they put into this event. 16 years is a long time. Thanks also to Herman McCoy, Bryan Senn and Mark Evans for refereeing and Barb McCoy for helping with the brackets. It was a fun event with some great talent. The results are posted on www.USArmwrestling.comSee you in Alabama! Denise
