So the format is staying the same then??? So it will be in the 4way 76 Roman since he is the champ Chad earned the 4 way spot Matt since he was 2nd??? Brandon Dye??? and likewise in the other classes also right??? Tahoe event wasn't part of the normal UAL 1 UAL2 ect..... correct? I wasn't 100% clear on my other post, the UAL is targeting the match-up and not the 4 way, the one who is owed a SM (old format) is Macklin and Vaz, everyone else got a SM...

So there is no such thing as UAL champ anymore??? Wouldn't Chad be the 76 Champ then since he pulled the supermatch and Roman was not able to come?? Or would he now have a shot at Roman in supermatch since he was the number 1 contender??? and in that case Tom Nelson is also owed a supermatch?? So winning your supermatch doesn't mean squat now unless your liked???

Basically playing favorites.

So in effect that makes the open class pointless to go pull if your wanting a shot at the champ. It becomes a popularity contest.
Well at least if your wanting the SM, the open class becomes just a regular tournament.

Some other matches I'd like to see, Matt Harris vs. Brandon Dye, Ethan vs. Luke, Robertas vs. Chad or Matt left handed and, or course, the winner of Devon vs. Michael should be pitted against Cadorette!

Well at least if your wanting the SM, the open class becomes just a regular tournament. I'm actually a bit confused with the new format as well. Is the UAL going strictly Armwars for Championships, or maintaining the qualification format? All I know is that after seeing UALII and this last one, I WANT TO BE ON THAT STAGE, and I'll bust my ass until I get there. I know it's still pretty early, but any word on the next UAL?

When I won the UAL 2, 175 class, it said that I was qualified for UAL 3. Since we have not had a UAL 3 yet, I was under the impression that I had a supermatch when, and if, UAL 3 takes place. It would be Roman and myself and 2 others that UAL staff pick??? chad.

The UAL super matches are "invitation" only, as mentioned on the UAL web site and announced at the last two UAL events!! All 1st place winners of the "Open events" shall be considered as a Super Match contender, competition rules shall differ>>>from the open event.. We put you in a SM at the Tahoe event, not sure of the specific's saying at the UAL 3?? I'd love to see all the 1st place winners from one or two years of the open events meet at the battle ground for a championship ring or belt, were not at that point yet. In any case if Roman gets out of Jail, you and him would make an interesting match up "Arm Wars" style...Were done with the 4 person format....for many reasons.

You only get in if you guys want them in. There is no rankings or contender spots anymore??? So how is the real champion decided then???
