There are a few of them for sure, but the ones that come to mind right now are Justin Dockter and Garrett Richardson, neither of them get out much right now but they are both beasts. And yeah, Shawn Brock's another one for sure. I bet hardly anyone knows who he is. Same with Brandon Hareldson, but he doesn't travel so obviously people aren't going to know how strong he is.

Charity Messer - FL (one of the best in the Nation in her class)
Cheyenne Messer - FL (Cheyenne is very young. Seriously impressive given her age. I see a Juniors title for her easily)

Shaun Brock without a doubt. He is continuasly getting stronger. He would be ranked if he attended more tournaments.

We have a guy named Chad that shows up out of the blue every couple of years. Even without having done any training in the last 7-8 years he competes with the best we have on our team both hands. A freak of nature if there ever was one.

Herman Stevens, Paul Talbott, Storm, Sam Harris, and Bart Wood are good names for this list. They all really impressed me when I pulled them. All are top notch people as well.
A guy I train with, Jerry Sterner, has a strong right and is a very strong left handed 176 pounder as well. If he hits a few major tounaments, he'll be more recognized.

I recently saw some videos of him on Armtv, and I would say Shane Felton is underrated. Also, Andy Miller is underrated, he has some really good wins!
