It has been confirmed that the USAA National Pro-Am will be held in Hartford again next year. ;D ;D ;D ;D We are very lucky! The Europa event is incredible....all the martial arts, power lifting, body building, obstacle courses, cross fit type work outs, and I think cross fit is coming soon to Europa.

I'm shocked barboza lost. When I heard he was there I was sure he was going to take right and left in his class.

I'm shocked barboza lost. When I heard he was there I was sure he was going to take right and left in his class. Luke, Marcio hasn't trained in a long time. The last time was before the surgery on his right ... He did say Dave was strong

What a great tournament. Leonard and Denise did a great job as did all the refs (Josh Stark,Jim Fittsimmons (Funny Guy), Tim Lewis, Leonard, Hollywood etc.). It was great to see old friends (Art Spindler, Nitro, Josh Vinicor and many more) and meet so many new arm wrestlers that were only faces on the internet before. It was nice to meet Ron Ermini, Bart Wood and Jeremy Durfee who kicked my butt on the table but taught me if I want to play with the big boys then I better train. Our Team Pa did a great job. I wish I could of done better then two seconds. It was fun watching Snook and Storm just own the table. I had a good time rooming and hanging with Snook and the Potts brothers but Snook snores too much. (only kidding). I'm looking forward to healing training and taking first next year. I'm glad its back in Connecticut.

This event was another great Nationals held by USAA. The venue, event and organization were chosen in correct way. In Downtown Hartford, Convention Center, Europa Fitness Expo... . Similar to LA Fitness Expo, smaller version of Arnold Classic. The Armwrestling stage was in the middle of the hall. Finally, Armwrestling moves from parking lot tents and dark bars into sports arenas. This is very important for AW as sports. It's a progress... USAA Nationals( CT) was a great chance for a lot of those east and northest pullers, who could not afford travelling before to Tahoe ,to attend in a USAA major event. Personally, I met a lot of wonderful people and got new Friends! Maybe some day AAA Nationals may visit the West??? Again Tim Lewis amazed everyone with his new shape. Better then in Unifieds! Lighter, more muscular, better technique, pulling very CAREFULLY in all his matches untill the last moments. He had some positions that someone else might lose immidietly, but Tim was fighting and bringing back to the winning pad! Perfect. 187 lbs pro guys beware! Tim is coming up very soon! Also Tim was reffing the first day. I assisted him in several matches, he was attentive, careful to the pullers' health and very liberal ref. I think together we worked not bad and all matches went smooth. Well, Leonard's school. Thanks Tim. Ron Klemba! At the Unifieds Klemba pulled first day, got tired and second day did not pull well, and maybe some people thought he was weak or it's his time to give up. Not at all. Watch fresh and mad Klemba at USAA! Beast like always. Strong , healthy, fast. Snook deserves some good words, as far as I don't like him, this is very enough for him!!! I am watching you, Snook)))) Dave Chaffee! I compare him to Richard Lupkes. Similar solid, muscular body, steel arms, strong, kind, respects his opponents, nice, quiet! Unstoppable in his class! Don Underwood... . Unstoppable hit+ abs this time. Lost weight, started to build sexy stomach))). And then.....HANGOVER by Don Underwood! Marcio! Perfect left!, Truley pro as an athlete, as a person! Now his right hand is recovering after surgery, soon he'll be back again! This USAA Nationals was 2nd leg for Triple Crown. I needed to take a 1st place in any class right handed and I did it. Some of my Triple Crown (TC) opponents got out of the race, which rises our chances to win more money. Bart, Talbott are out of the race of this years TC. Snook and Klemba did great job and stopped Talbott. Now we have Me, Storm, Chaffee. Well , I need to figure out what to put against them and help them to take 2nd places in AAA Nationals)))). Need a strategy + plan B. don't get me wrong guys, nothing personal, just bussiness))))
Also, I'd like to say Special Thanks to My Sponsors Glenn and Tricia Blands at Bland Solar Inc. and L.E.A.N. Consulting. They kindly took care about all My needs during My trip to Hartford. For sure You perform better when You have peace in Your mind.... . Priceless! Thank You!

Vazgen, Vazgen, Vazgen....where to start? Saying Klemba pulled Friday, got tired, and didn't pull well Saturday is ridiculous IMO. It takes away from those who were able to beat him on Saturday....how many was that? An amazing two of us.... Was he tired when he beat the current Unified National Champion (the only one that counts to some...)two times? Myself and the Brazilian aren't too shabby I don't think. I know after pulling is just that, but I recall myself and the Brazilian not doing too bad pulling with you. Did he come to your side at any point? I know I didn't... You don't like me? That's too bad, my feelings are almost hurt a wee tiny bit. I don't know how serious you were spewing that nonsense that you were gonna enter my class to stop Talbot, and take my chances away.... The outcome would have been no different...at least who WON anyway!!!!!!!!!! I did almost everything RH correctly, I was firing on the go, and I felt good. See ya around little buddy.

Snook, I think Vazgen was refering to Reno when he mentioned Ron getting tired and not pulling as well the next day, not Hartford. saying he was improved since then.
congrats on your title buddy. you more than earned it.
