Tony is an amazing puller he really really is but you are comparing apples to oranges they are diferent weights. A great 198 will almost always beat a great 176 not saying that there are not breakouts who will win regardless of weight. But in general a Good or Great big man will usually beat a good or great Lighter man I have only pulled Tony after a nationals which I know you cant count that ,and I have pulled Bryan twice in an event ( First time I took him lightly and got beat )
My opinion is Johnson 3-0 Christopher Myers

Johnson walks around just above 187 as I recall and I expect to see him to pull 187 in Denver, his left is wicked, his right well let's just say he toprolled Allen Fisher with it pretty convincingly in Tahoe this month.

They're both execellent pullers but, just like Chris said it's apples and oranges. Even one weight class up makes a big difference. I'd say they're both in the top 5 in they're weight classes.

The one thing being discounted here by some is that Tony seems to have made Big improvements this year over last. IMO But maybe it is unfair to compare the two dont know for sure.. Tony couldnt remember the last time he lost left handed that should tell you something.

Tony walks around at 180lbs if Brian is to way no more than 187 than i think we got a dog fight on our hands.

Matt Harris won 2 left handed weight classes. Including Kitowski's.

so it isnt like they could never meet up? there not to far away from each other in weight!!!! I know most of you think Brian would beat Tony? but i dont think Brian would crush him? it may be a closer match then you guys think?Who knows,,,,maybe this is one we may see one day?

I do recall seeing a 165-176 pounder by the name of Bill Logsdon peel Brian Johnson's wrist back at the KC Armwars so maybe weight isnt a factor. A good toproller can always surprise even the biggest strongest hands. Might just be a good matchup.

Tony has a different opinion of how his match went with Cobra.
And Cobra is not the same puller he was in 2000 or 1995. Neither is Cleve Dean, Bob Hopkins, Myself and many other veterans as we take on age , recovery from injuries etc..

I personally would love to see Bryan and Or Rick soliwada come to CT in November. The 154 's would be a great fight there. I hope "the hater" is trying to get them
