No one should take Macy Armstrong lightly either. She went undefeated at Alabama State and is a left hand dominate puller! Both are coming, and getting better everytime I work with them. Nice, is Haley Johnson your daughter?

But, if my daughter got serious she would be a force.

For women's 143+, Krysta Prior will win left! Gotta go with Casto right. Just my prediction. I haven't seen Fann or Armstrong pull enough to say. They've plowed thru the comp thus far but to my knowledge haven't pulled any upper level pullers so it's too hard to judge where their power is compared to Krysta and Christina. I'm very interested to see how it turns out though!

Macy has a strong left but Krysta is definitely more proven with the ladies she has pulled and beat. Tracy will get to pull some good female pullers at SEC regionals this weekend so we will see.
I hope to recruit a few more before it's go time and you never know what will happen when the unknown ladies jump in last minute.
