Rob, couldn't of said it any better. The fat Kardashion sister versus Honey Boo Boo as the undercard would draw people to watch a PPV .. Hope it does happen, but something about this event seems a little; "FISHY".. No pun intended..

Hey guys, I'm in the Cayman Island until May 5th. It is soooooooooooo beautiful here, love the place. The LORD pulled out all the stops when he created this place. "He made all thing beautiful." Wonderful people. The beach and water are unreal! When I return, I hope to have more updates. For anyone who wants to go, you better step up your training. For of all you negative people, stay home, you probably wouldn't like the tournament. The table for the event will be the same one used in the last ROTN. The one John Wosley designed made.

I doubt the match would last very long between Cena and an established armwrestler. But RVJ is right, they could hype the match up and talk about the sport and maybe get somebody like Cobra(he trained Stallone for is role in OTT) to train em.
First things' first though, from Cena's match on ye ole youtube, show him where the elbow pad is...

Not trying to be a rainy cloud Allen, but I totally agree with Christian.
I also hate to state the obvious Allen, but this has a lot of people real curious and asking many questions...you respond with a kind of " I'm going on vacation, see ya in 10 days !!"... But you find Internet connection and login... And even post under the very thread everyone is questioning ... And what do you do ?... You describe the tropical paradise and how wondrous it is ... WTF ??!! Sounds a little shaky buddy

I don't think anybody is being negative either--logical yes!! Allen the only reason people are interested in it is because you are well known puller and respected--If Joe Schemo posted this we be like; "ya whatever" and go on. The fact that you are endorsing this event is proply the reason allot guys are wondering whats the deal.. Could it be all true? HMMM But common sense tells most of us something don't add up.. That's allot of $$$ to be throwing out where I don't see the return in the investment. I have done Demo Derbies all across the US for the past 20 years. If I had a dollar for very time I seen huge payout and purse get dropped or canceled--"I would not be on the board typing this $hit" that's for sure, I'd be on the island retired and chill'n. Hell, I can get cheap tickets to Vegas from Wichita, no big deal for me- but I think allot guys/gals don't want to get there to find out it is canceled or the payout is based on entries and the PPV return. Just coming home with a case of Juice Plus for their efforts.. Also- Is it cash? No one would want to take a check that could bounce like a basketball or even worse Casino credit ?? Do you have to fill out a 1099 on the winnings? If so better keep a receipt on everything related to going to this event... Taxes on the truck? Who's the Refs? Over the Top rules, Prison rules or Nap rules--they are all only as good as the refs enforcing them.. Enjoy your trip, but when you get back--Just get some answers, guarantee the purse and I'm sure allot guys/gals will show.

Good find Andrew,
Marvin can make things happen. As long as he follows through. He is a good man. Look what he did as far as Armwrestling history.....Over The Top....Hope he is well.

Marvin has always been our friend if this truly is him. If we're really going back to over the top, it would mean the glove not the strap in the splip , no call on small eblow fouls below the top of the cup. For any of you who haven't used the cup, despite some disadvantages you can bve much more explosive without fear of blowing off the side our out of the back of the pad. Made for a lot less fouls and more pulling ;D

You definitely have to fill out a 1099 on anything over a certain amount, so the answer to that question would be yes. If this is Marvin, he was always pretty good about doing right by the pullers.

The poster looks alot like it was designed by the same person that built Allen's web site. . And with all the typos and missing info.. it clearly is . ..

I don't understand why simple questions can't be answered. . Payouts. . Entry. . Left hand ? Very unimpressive. .

To me the only thing missing is entry fee. Payouts is on the site....in black and white.
Was Over The Top in 1986 a left and right hand tournament? If only right....then maybe that is why he says "We are going back to Over the Top"
The only difference between Allen and The UAL bringing up a tournament, is that Allen made the Flyer and said more details to come. While Drenk says "Something big is coming up, details coming soon.." Respect the man for trying to set up an other event for armwrestling....Allen is not a promoter so cut him some slack....He will be back soon with some answers from Marvin probably.... Still have all of MAY, JUNE, JULY...that's enough time for people to chill, and wait a few days for a man that is at least trying.
