I'm amused at the thumb comment. I remember messing around with Keith Carter after-pulling in Murfreesboro last year and he kept saying get off my thumb...but the guy barely has a thumb! What can ya do. You still keep your wrist cocked back but you take a lower palm grip. Lower your hand with your wrist still cocked back and you can show the thumb and still get your original set up.

His set up is VERY difficult to adjust to not mention his thumb is a half in long lol it's all good very strong individual . I found out what I wanted to find out lol I agree! I had 1/2" of mine cut off when I had it fused and it's still longer than his!

I don't think it's all his short thumb. His hand is also really thick in the lower thumb area. Combination of both makes it difficult.

Vazgen is just plain strong. Very good side pressure and the ability to carve in on the go. Only a couple people have the ability to top roll him. Otherwise you gotta defeat the beast inside. Very few under 180 can

Can't believe I'm saying this but I agree 100% I still feel that I can beat him in my power but that don't mean nothing if you can't get there lol the biggest thing for me was having to set up low bc of his hand size, he's pretty good at getting what he needs to get that carve that or the refs suck either way he got it and won point blank period! My hats off to ya lol literally!
