I'm pumped for this--and great point John, if people want this sport to grow--stop hating and start appreciating everyone's effort to bring attention and acknowledgement to the sport.
Imagine a day when people ask "so what's your sport of choice?" "armwrestling" "oh that's awesome!" and not "haha are you serious?! Arm wrestling?? Haha"

I'm not referring to this subject just him, he maybe a cool guy but he's obviously likes to argue with ppl I haven't seen him agree with anything anyone says! As I said wouldn't be that bad if you pull 4-5 tournaments, I don't think it's good for the sport as far as on the message board talk. Do it like Travis, let ppl see you talking your smack! That's entertainment!

If this is something where Rob is literally weighing in on topics of Armwrestling as a whole, I think this will be awesome. If it's just Rob telling the world how awesome he is and nobody can touch him... it'll get old quick. Rob gets pretty amp'd up at the table and brings excitement, but it doesn't mean he can't be civil on the mic and really have some great insight on our beloved sport. I say bring it on.

It's all in good fun. I'd love to hear RVJ rant. The guy has great ideas and I love his sense of humor. What I love about RVJ is he welcomes disagreement. It's not an argument- the man has the chops to debate and if anyone has a different point of view then all the better. There's little entertainment without some level of disagreement.
Craig, if I could make one suggestion- no need for the boilerplate "introduce yourself" interview format. Anyone tuned in enough to the sport to listen to your show is tuned in enough to know who's talking. Let their history come out via their answers to the topic at hand. That way they can build their own story. If people want to learn more about who was on, that creates a great opportunity to have them back on later.
Love the radio show. Let it flow, man. Let it be a conversation more than an interview. Just my .02 It's your train set, so you run it however you want to. I'm just throwing some feedback your way. It's free, so take it for what it's worth.
GREAT JOB!

Thanks John its funny I don't have a format really I been doing most of the interviews with just a few foot notes on some key points to go over with my guests and really just ask questions off their responds and let them control what they want to say. I try to treat it like its just a conversation I'm having over the phone and no one's listening lol if I don't then I get nervous and start messing up. I'm looking forward to having you on again and thank you so much for all your kind words to help me get through my 1st nationals it really helped me relax more...

As far as RVJ Segment its going to be about Rob and I talking about whats going on in the world of Arm Wrestling some hot topics with Robs point of view love him or hate him he has some good input on the sport and I think it will be very entertaining and fun to listen too. It's not going to be about talking about what's bad about Arm Wrestling I love this sport and I'm here to promote it not trash it!

Geeze Justin... Somewhere along the line you got me all wrong... But thats ok.
On to your points... I do agree... And give props... Perhaps you missed those posts... What I don't do is suck politically correct d!ck...my apologies. Perhaps you forget me giving your bro props and encouragement after he lost to vazgen .... And saying how well you all were doing.... Ya I'm just a negative douche.
Why my inactivity even bothers you is beyond me... But here it is... You did ask for 4 events... Last August I pulled Addison county fair, then Vegas in sept., then Travis' one weight limit event, then Maine event Nate gagnon threw... And finally mike Gould classic....sooooo... What's your point ?
For the record, this won't be an I'm the best or so great thing, Itll just be touching on hot topics... I understand you want to sh!t on my approach and my novels... That's ok... But respect as much as you may hate some peopl like... I'm not expecting a fan base outta this... Just have lots of ideas and thoughts.
I apologize that you don't want to hear what's wrong with the sport, but because you don't want to hear it doesn't mean it doesnt exist.
Not really sure why you have a hair across your a$$

I am the guy who lost to Vazgen, I'm just speaking my opinion just like you do. Honestly I said all that bc the couple tournament been to you weren't talked about all that great and apparently know one says anything so I figured id be the a$$hole who done it. For the record it doesn't bother me a bit, I just get tired of reading a lot of ppls BS on here "this is what we need to do for the sport or this isn't what we need to do " but u don't see anyone of these ppl doing anything besides talking! That's were I'm going with this, it's not all pointed at you so don't feel special lol anyway maybe I just need to stop reading crap.

^^^ most likely
But as far as not being talked great or whatever you mean... Lets recap... At Vegas I went 3-3 with Marcio... Which I highly doubt any other 200 lber can do anything with... Then beat Steve green who is 220 nat champ 5-1... And the gripper 6-0 left... Not bad I'd say... Marcio is where I picked up my shoulder injury...
Addison had some solid national level pullers... I won both hands easy
Travis' event... I did beat the number 1 198 in the country at the time... Twice... Again wasn't my best performance... But not bad
Maine... Won my class both hands easy... Took second in supers both hands... And did manage to solidly pin mike who won it.
MGC... I placed 2nd in both classes... Big and stacked classes that very solid and accomplished pullers couldn't hang in one of them...I wasn't super stoked about my performance, but given my condition and lack of training... And the fact it's a very elite event...
In summary... That's pretty solid track record... Sure I'm not setting the world on fire per your social group... But I believe I fared pretty well. If it wasn't me and someone else had that sh!tty resume... He'd be getting lots of respect.
Let's be honest you and your group of people who dislike my ways... This stems from the Craig tullier debate... That's when I started catching heat.
For my novels... I think it's ignorant to just spew sh!t without having some basis as to why you are spewing it... Hence I get detailed, make examples, analogies and parallel examples... You know ? So I'm not some fu(kin goon Giving an opinion just because I feel like it or like one guy better than another... These explanations take words... Sometimes a lot... At least the way I break it down. Next we should go back to silent movies... More action... Less talking .
And lastly ... For the all thats wrong with the sport crap... It's real... And smart people who want to figure a way to grow and improve can't fix with denial or sticking their head in the sand. It's why companies have you fill out comment cards... No company wants to hear they suck... But they want to be aware of where they are falling short to improve their business... It's responsible. You have to recognize the problems... Dissect them and devise a game plan on fixing them...that's what these posts are. If you don't see that and just think its negative... Then obviously you live with rosey colored glasses... I'm a negative nancy... And growth and progress in this sport is something that doesn't interest you.
Fact is you can bag away... But you have no validity in your points... Just say that you don't like me and I'll deal with it... But making ridiculous statements... Without solid basis... It's weak Maybe you should take up novel posting... That way you can support your thoughts with facts...
Cheers
