Ummm.... Exhibit A ... I have a former android... That was 40 lbs heavier and annihilated every top guy at the time....
No his arm and wrist are being put in positions he hasn't seen in over a decade.
Tell me it's a practice... Please... I don't care... You can see the physical differences... And not to be too disrespectful but Ivan is a good margin from the alexey of mythical past.... Just sayin...

But not only has he stopped eating meat, but the guys main focus since taking his hiatus from AW competition has been the Olympic bobsledding thing. He needs to be lean and FAST for that. That's almost a complete 180° from being huge and bulky for super heavyweight armwrestling where the main focus is up top. It's not that hard to put weight on unless you're an ectomorph. I did a 90 day program at home and put 30lbs on, no problem. 168 to 198. I wouldn't even know WHERE to buy 'roids or let alone afford them. It's called lifting your ass off and eating like it's your job. Only supplements I took where Creatine, Whey, and a recovery formula. (Caveat: this has only helped my pulling, marginally. D'oh! Doesn't replace table time.)  Attachments:

Roids take away from the sport, I don't care who says what if you are on the juice it will only make you better on the table. Nothing worse than getting beat due to drugs versus work ethic.

Mr Vigeant, how dare you accuse mr Voevoda , of taking steroids , he is an Olympic athlete, trains hard, not like yourself using ped and steroids and growth hormone, and you could never beat him in Armwrestling , son being jealous of him won't make you a better arm wrestler , you have too train rob, remember pushing plunger of the needle doesn't really workout your fingers , or thumb , but I know you don't want to give your secret away of the finger or thumb,

I must have done something half way right for that one.
If I was on the Sh!t half the sport is I'd be dusting EVERYONE... Sad but true...
Fact is.... I don't train at all... Maybe... Maybe a month at a clip in a few year span...And nutritionally I'm a disaster... And I still snag wins off elites... With that imagine if I was an abuser and trained.... Please.
Thanks for your insight and rebuttal... I'd love to compare resumes even though you are a "true heavyweight"
