Sorry, I just don't buy into this crap. It just sounds like some rich a$$ person or organization trying to buy their way into the armwrestling world. And doing a good job of it I'll say. You would have to pay my house off and set me up for life before I'd sign a contract to pull only in one organization. You say your not trying to hurt any other promoters, BS that exactly what your trying to do. I was born free and I'll stay free. Free to pull where, when and who I please. Wow bold statement... Seems like dropping over 1mm of personal money is an aweful lot to invest to hurt promoters he hardly knows! Lmao. Fantastic logic! Let me guess, I bet you have always wondered why there are 4 gas stations on a 4 way busy intersection? Get a clue man and stop hating. Do you think Robert is SO good at sales he pushed everyone into contracts with no promise of anything better than what there is now? Your nuts. Think and educate yourself before the complete hate and word vomit please.

Just wondering, how the UAL would pick and choose up and coming "prospect" pullers. Will they be exclusive from the UAL events or will there be scouts, talent agent, recruiters type people. Would said people scout, seek talented puller from some of the larger none UAL events, tournaments. Just question I had and if it been answered sorry haven't read it. I understand what the UAL is doing. I know I won't be signed but that won't stop me from AWing and I still want to compete in UAL event they look freaking awesome

idk i guess its just hard for me to think this will turn out into something big knowing how bad the economy is and that i will probably get worse
plus we might see the dollar die soon
it bothers me to think that this sport could die off in a few years but i do hope they prosper

Let see, I'll start with Robert, A question has been asked and I've seen no answer. Will there be any UAL tournaments on the East Coast? And I have another, If one of your "no risk" contracted competitors gets hurt in one of your events, will UAL be covering Dr. bills, lost of income, ect? And compairing your signed people to NFL, Nascar drivers, and MLB players is not even close to the same. I see most of your supporters are from the west coast and should not hurt us East coast promoters, so I wish you the best of luck with the UAL. If you ever have one on the East coast that doesn't interfere with one I've already planned on going to I'd love to go to one of yours. I'm not hating as someone has said, I just refused to be tied down to one organization.
And Jake, I'm not one to be called mentaly challenged! I can respect your opinion, surley you can respect mine. They are like A holes, we all have one.

I think what the UAL is doing is pretty exciting and it's all on the Armwrestler if he/she wants to sign up. I mean what Puller does not want a shot at the spotlight? So be it. Leonard and Denise have an agenda. It won't hurt them much, as they have loyal Pullers that show up. Not to mention AAA. UAL is a very "energetic" Organization. If Pullers like that ...then so be it. I do feel when they are local tournaments that local guys go to....they will have that beast in them to really want to compete and they won't be able to. I can understand Glenn wanting his freedom as a puller. If or when I ever get back to Armwrestling...I'll certainly want mine too. Robert said it himself "Unsigned Pullers can still compete in UAL Events" ...Hopefully that will be the case all the time. (It's good for Business) Now, JMO it seems a little hard to believe John Brzenk would want to be tied down to one Organization as the man always flies for free because he works for the Airlines and he loves to come in, do multiple classes and win to 300-500 first prize whenever there is that tournament. Also other Pullers on that list are in similar independent situations because they are that elite. Again this is just based on Roberts Intro of this thread. In addition BEWARE!! Roberts not only a puller himself (Travis Bagent is wrong) but a business man so UAL SIGNED PULLERS...DON"T GET SUED!! Be prepared to pay out of your pocket to travel/fly and hopefully get some of your money back. I'd say... (correct me if I'm wrong Robert) make sure all you signed pullers start saving reciepts so you can do your taxes at the end of the year and that includes if you win any prize money. BUT DONT LET ROBERT FIND OUT IF YOUR PULLING ANYWHERE ELSE..As I'm sure he has some good Jewish Attorneys. Please again, I see this as a VERY COOL step in Organization and The Feeling of being in something FINALLY Unified! But the truth of the matter is. UAL signed pullers now have a second job. You are now employes of Robert/UAL and he is your employer that I'm sure has your info like Social Security Number, DL, and perhaps proof to work in the US. Question is...did he provide W-4 forms or is everything 10-99? Regardless there will be a big Tax Season in the end of 2013 and so on. UAL is awesome. Robert is not stupid and he is a great guy. But I'm sure the pullers are helping him as much as you feel he is helping you. When a business starts employers usually hire lots of random people so the business can seperate the men from the boys. Plus in his Armwrestling reality show they need hundreds if not thousands to audition. So make sure you look pretty if you want to be on TV. HELL even the media interviews the pretty people...I know that in my line of work from all the $hit I respond to in Downtown LA. (So pretty much Jake and Jaime have that covered lol u-my boys!) So good luck UAL, if I ever become strong enough again...I'll always support your tournaments or at least be your on site Paramedic !! BTW Scott Medina is sad Robert. Sorry for any misspelled words, this was done on my cell phone with sirens on in the Ambulance in just 2 mins.

I'd get insurance Robert. Waivers are simply not a 100% if the puller is smart. You could be held responsible...thought you had it. Workers comp though should cover it...if that's what you have. Yes premiums suck on workers comp!! UGH!

We were warned about "UnderTow" due to similar restrictions in signing of a contract... For I do support the UAL and believed they are in it for the right reasons and I hope to be part of it one day. I just think it would be best for someone like myself to remain a free agent until UAL expands to the east coast or I'm at the elite level where I can say " SHOW ME THE MONEY!" Before signing...

UAL has repeatedly said they will be doing 12 events a year around the country. Next one is on Detroit. UAL contract and undertow are completely different. The best thing about this is nobody is pulling your arm to sign. If you want on the train then hop on or just let it pass you by. No big deal
