Why are u thinking about hanging up the belt on competing yourself David? I just had a really bad couple of days, just bad luck mostly, lost a 42" TV to preparation for the event (long story) for the 2nd time ever a guy broke his arm on my table, we have some bracketing issues in the amateurs which I apologize for, tournament ran longer than any I have ever held, then to top it off my table flew out of the back of my truck on the way home and a car hit it. I have been back and forth on pulling out for a while then all the UAL excitement hit and got me fired back up. Then I got 2nd at UAL 5 and killed my steam a little. I got a promotion at work that requires me to commute and work way more hours. I am finding it hard to put in the time I need to train to compete at the level I want to compete at. I was very stressed to say the least when I posted that last night, but it is on my mind. However its hard to get away from, trust me I have tried. No more promoting but im going to try to train and pull, just maybe not as frequent.

David O., I don't satisfy for 4th place and 3rd place pull. it make me pissing off. I have to focus my hands for a key power as strength in some waists and fingers control and pull down fast for an exercise increase power, How? I'll analyze deep to how to be increase strength as power as so I hope to find out, later. I want to be a Armwrestling Championship ,Damn it. lol I'll see you , again at an tournament pull somewhere.

Im sorry you had such a long trip home. Sounds like we both had a not so fun couple of days. I am in a much better mood as far as pulling goes like I said I will keep training and i want to say I will likely hit UAL 7 but we will see. If im not putting in the work there is no need for me to pull. Then again I may show just to watch. I would for sure work your wrist John and go heavy on everything, whatever you can barely do 3 or 4 times full Range of motion. I recommend doing that with every excersize, if you wanna rep out do it on the back end that way your strength training is out of the way. Just my opinion. Hope to see ya soon John.

David Owens, Thank you for advice me about full range of motion. I found out about youtube for exercise wrist and fingers. no plm, I rushed to a gym room then training it, I feel little a pain or sore in my foremans and wrists and fingers today. It's worth for me, so I eager very much. I'll work very hard 2 or 3 times in every week till Ual 7, So I hope to win 1st place championship. I really bad want UAL Title Belt Champioship. lol So I hope to see you, again ,there. Good Luck with UAL 7 You'll possible win 2nd place or 1st place for 166-185 Class light weigh. You have to working very hard for training a power pull fast with stronger wrist/fingers keep to going up until UAL 7, O.K., Thumb up !

Lets see what happens. If I host again it will be with a new table and a little more preperation. Im not sure how long mixing amateur and pro is gonna last. If the numbers keep going up these events will be loooooooong and nobody wants that.
