I did a full Squat 550lbs yesterday
But my Arms are still Weak!!!!!

... Yes, but squats aren't the dictator in leg wrestling  I was a hell of a leg wrestler... Don fritsche is king of the leg wrestle cheat... He makes you cross center line to meet him then starts full throttle on you while you are already backwards and half rolled over. We did all kinds of stuff like that at Harley pull one year. I guess a good AWing ratio would be to curl 50% of your squat... If you can't you need to quit the leg stuff... As all self respecting AWers ignore the fact that they have a body below the waist line |

If RVJ acknowledge he had legs he wouldn't be pulling 198 ever again..with that upper half you'd be a 242.. On a side note when my wife saw your legs at the NAL she said you would make a good Ballerina with that hyper extension.. Things a dancer notices. .lol.. Dave you can squat 600...

Yes mike... You and I seem to have similar genes... Meaning we could make even the most secure woman green if we donned a skirt and some thigh highs !
I say we quit this AWing sh!t and hit the road like too Wong foo...
We could earn a decent living in the drag circuit... Just food for thought

You have the genes for armwrestling if your wrist is larger than your ankles mine are by a good half inch Rob I saw you in shorts and your ancles are smaller than mine and I have seen tooth picks larger than mikes lol
