I remember seeing something on TV about this. They used a boxer as the test subject and ran multiple performance tests with and without abstainance. In this perticular experiment it was proven to be a myth. He actually performed better, and had higher test levels after having sex the night before.

Men on the other hand tend to hold out for weeks leading up to a fight... It doesn't take weeks to restore testosterone levels, apparently. I've even read that some athletes try to take advantage of natural testosterone boost by viewing pornographic material before a workout, without actually finishing... which might help explain those Zubaz pants. Never a wise idea. It never hurt me in the past, but lately the hookers have been running off with my wallet. This has naturally affected my tournament focus. Don't be coy, Chris, we know you developed your hooking skills by pole swinging after hours at club Oh!

Sex is ALWAYS the best alternative !!! Obviously not 5 min before you pull... but 30 min or more out and im feeling great. It is a lil more difficult to....uhm....finish...if im cutting before a early weigh in all dehydrated....but still worth it every single time....

Nationals 2002 saved up the semen for a week couldn't think right felt flustered made the finals b side nipped of for a quicky cleared the mind won both arms so i am with Rob but i had a pocket while why on deck

The key is HIIT just like cardio. Doesn't matter the time frame or the amount. If you're gonna have sex try high intensity interval training. Or in this case High Intensity Intercourse Training.
