You can get a great workout and still learn a lot with a training partner that is lighter or heavier than you. I practice with only men. My teammates say that they benefit from training with me. Just my two cents

I have trained with guys way heavier than I since I started and can honestly say I'm better because of it.. Don't let size or weight stop you from training with someone...pull anyone and everyone you can!!

Ill train with anybody that has a good attitude size doesnt mean everything. I was 240 pulling my boy who weighed 360 and got great workouts as did he.
