You need to check on how the room rate will be, my experience so for in Europe hotels is you don't split the room rate, each person in the room pays the regular rate, your just sticking more people in the room so the hotel make more from the room. I have gotten any hotel info for this year, but check on it when you get it.

Do we also have to register on the WAF website?

Just a little information to make your trip a little easier: 1. Photo copy all your flight information, passport and lodging information and take them with you. Keep the copies in a different place than the originals. If you happen to lose the originals it will be easier to get them replaced so you can get home. 2. Do not pack medications (or any valuables) in your check-in bag. 3. Lithuania has their own money but it may be handy to exchange a small amount of us dollars for Euros before leaving the US. Most major banks will have Euros to buy. 4. I always pack a jar of pnut butter in case the food isn't that good or if I just want a sandwich. Bread is always easy to find Enjoy your trip!
