With the WAL Las Vegas regional tournament a week away, I was just curious who all was making the trip. I'll be going and pulling the left handed 195lbs southern region.

From the Ottawa High Hookers:
Eric Roussin 195 Jeff Slater 226+ Devon Larratt 225 Jodi Larratt Womens (I think 143 not sure exactly weight class)
Others I know of:
Shea Dickie 165 Crazy Geroge 165 Janek Kwias 225 Matt Mask 225
I'm not sure how the regions are working for Canada. I think Devon is in south and Eric is in West but I'm not positive.
I've heard Ryan Espey (226+) will compete but again, I'm not sure. You'd have to get it from him.

John will you be competing or announcing? From what I read on the WAL website, they pretty much split canada between the two regions from what I can tell. I'm guessing because of the difference of number of entry's? I was expecting 30-45 per class but either way, one of the best tournaments ever when it comes down to talent in each class.

I'm not competing... yet. I'm still healing my wrist but it's finally starting to come along.
I'm not announcing or reffing either. A little bit of bul1sh1t kept me out of that loop. Politics in awing.. who woulda thunk it

Hope your wrist comes back at 100% man, always fun watching you compete on the big stage. I hear ya, I've been in this sport three years now and luckily only have had a slight taste of the politics involved that make the AW world go round and round.

Ohh I forgot about one guy
Alexander Levesque 195
If this kid has a good day he could do very well. He'll be one of those guys who nobody knows until it's too late.

Two utah pullers that aren't that well known outside of utah are Eril Myler and Spencer Lightningfiire. 220 and 195 I look for both these gentlemen to do very well
