Ernie, I don't think I'd put my money down on Brian Robling, he doesen't train anymore! Sounds like Corey takes armwrestling very seriously and trains hard. Brian isn't a member of this board, and has no idea that he has been dragged into this thread. You may end up having to open your wallet and eat crow.

I wasn't faulting Corey or Ray earlier in this thread by posting that list. Sorry if it came across that way.
I know that Corey went to Kansas City and to Rising Sun. It isn't his fault that the guys that Ernie and I listed didn't show up. He was there and can't control what other people do.
I was just saying that he would be guaranteed a tough class if he came to Norwalk June 17.

Ray, Its cool to be confident and all but dude you need to slow your roll. Corey won a hell of a class with some of the guys he pulled and granted that a couple of them were not on top of the game that day. When you lose 15lbs in two weeks to go pull a tourney you did not plan to pull in, that takes a lot out of you (Alan Berget). That you (Ray) lost to just a year or so against. Let him (Corey) get home and relax before you come on the board and start saying he is not going to make it past you. If you are so bad why did you not go to USAA nationals and pull? And don't give us any crap about AAA being so close. The tourney paid what $300 or so for 1st. so money should not have been an issue and if you are so bad the 3 weeks apart should not have been a issue.
Corey, I pull with Alan every week and all that I ask from you is a little respect to my training partner and friend. If you did blow him away just say that you beat him. NOT " i also was watching the match between norm devio and alan berget i think that is his name and that looked like a really good match too and i blew through alan berget twice".
Alan gave you much respect when I talked to him on the phone and said that you are a good puller and someone to watch out for as we all pull in the same class. Since then Alan has read your post and was not as happy with losing to you when you talked the way you did. Alan is not a member of this board but will be soon.
I am not trying to bash Ray or Corey but lets show some respect for each other. I hope both of you can make it to AAA nationals. I know Alan and myself will be at 154 and a few others from MI that may shake things up.
Feel free to call me if anyone needs to. I will answer day or night.

hey steve im sorry about the way i said that comment. i should have expressed in more detail about what really happen. when i went blew him away i was refereing to our second match which that is what happen. but on that thought he felt a lot stronger the first time we pulled i am not trying to put him down any way shape or form i only meant that as in what happened the second time. he is very good and fast there is no dought in my mind about that. i was just think to my self about how well he did against norm u know and i was only thinkin how i would do thats it sorry for the misunderstanding

Well said Steve. Another good point is this: Just because someone hasn't matched up with folks before doesn't mean they aren't worthy of respect by someone who has been competing for a long while. The two not running into each other isn't reason enough to pre-determine an outcome. Guys, and gals, who have pulled for awhile all realize this, only too well sometimes!

ALL IN ALL IT WILL BE A GOOD MATCH UP ONE THAT WILL BE GREAT TO SEE. I KNOW RAY AND HE REALLY IS A GOOD GUY. I DON'T KNOW YOU COREY BUT FROM WHAT I'VE READ YOU SEEM PRETTY COOL. I'LL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO MEETING YOU AT AAA. UNFORTUNATLY I WILL NOT BE IN THE PRO CLASS, JUST KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL SHOULD BE IN FUN.
