Corey Miller impressed the heck out of me!!! His technique, his speed, his power and his composure made him a real threat to anyone at the Arnolds in the 154lbs!!! Well done Corey!!!

thanks steve my arm was starting hurt when we had our match, but now its killing me. mr kirlew was a beast in his hook, i wish i had more for him. just a crazy style. maybe we will see eachother at worlds and we can "hook up" again LOL
as far as going to the rotn i am going but if BAM BAM makes weight u better be worried about him! 160 to 154 still not the same but closer i guess. as far as the arnolds i have a tough braket placement and that a big portion considering how many people and time.

Corey ... Great job at the Arnold's .... I enjoyed watching your matches and wished I could have been there. My experiences at the Arnold's have been nothing but fantastic ... I hope you will continue to go to these events ... where else could you ever have Arnold watch your match ( That was awesome! )
I just want to add you have come a long way in a short period of time ... you have worked hard ... and paid your dues ... now its your time to cash in and achieve all your goals in this great sport. Sorry our arms will never meet on the table again ... but my return to the sport has been squashed ... with everything that has been done to my arm already ... I found out now that my Radius bone is deteriorating and need to be replaced ... and if this does not work the elbow will be fused. I will post more about it later .... because thats another story in its self.
I wish you luck in the future .... and will be watching ... thanks to ArmTV ..... Congrats again Corey
