I think jaime would do an even better job than i did. This match up would definately end up in the strap. Jaime has massive power in the strap and his hook is definately a strong point now. Jaime's hand is bigger than mine so he would have an easier time trying to control corey's hit.

Hmmmmmm yeah....couldn't agree more. For the time being Corey's a decent, but not "great" puller. I guess he's a good person for for y'all to "play" around with since he lacks any hand control or wrist strength . I bet things would turn full circle though if people would start coming down to play with him at 154 pounds

I always liked the thought of this match up. I like Corey for the win.......(of course)....... but this could be fun to watch, especially cause Jake has so much faith in Jaime even after feeling, (and defeating ) Corey. I like it.

154 lbs? well i hope 160 lbs is good enough for all that like to play the weight card. believe me, weight is not everything.

Until Corey learns how to control someones hand, He will be vulnerable to us who train hand control... He drops his wrist and hits hard... catching a lot of pullers by surprise. We train here (San Diego) to control the hand and capitalize on pullers that drop their wrists and point their fingers towards their opponents. Coreys idea of "Taking someones hand" is different then my version of it. For instance, in the Corey vs. Jake matches... Corey drops his hand, hitting hard and taking Jake to his side of the table... if you notice, Jake is holding on to Corey with his fingers on top of Corey. That to me is having hand control... regardless of which side of the table you are on. After that match, Corey claimed to have had hand control. I would like to know Coreys definition of "Hand Control". you guys are doing a heck of a great job on hand training. looking at jakes video he was always in hand control, just some elbow fouls that looked to me were very questionable made him give up some matches but with his trained hand dominance it was only a matter of time that he would come back and win. but why give away the secret?

Theres no secret. I was giving an explanation of why I think Jaime would beat Corey and at the same time giving Corey a little constructive criticism... He could be even that much more dominate if he learned to use his hand better! Thats what I love about armwrestling. When my opponent gets better... that means I have to get better too.

We have been saying nothing but good things about Corey. I didnt say he was "decent" or say he had a weak wrist... where are these words coming from... is that how "you" feel?? He does lack hand control and when he gets that part figured out... I dont want him in my weight class! Cobra Rhodes has always said... "Protect your hand"... I never quit understood what he meant until about a year of table time with the great Allen Fisher... What a frustrating year that was too... Ive tried to explain to Corey what I mean in the past. Maybe I'll show him the next time we see each other.

first before i explain my type of hand control explain to me what it is when one person can hit so hard that it makes the other person hand open up and allows the first guy to slide up and out of his hand. which in turn makes his hand "dump" for say and makes it look like the other guy is in control?

if you have enough static wrist strength then your hand will not do that.

I see your point and I am glad to see you realize you do that.... Your hit is too strong for your wrist, at the moment. When you build the strength in your wrist to handle your explosive hit... Then you will have hand control, as well as the position you get from your hit! Thats the moment I will fear you as a puller!!! So what is "Your type" of hand control. To me, hand control is hand control.... regardless of the type. Also, in my posts, they may seem direct and maybe somewhat harsh... but I am giving you props Corey and like I said in past posts... I do respect you as a puller.
