Who will win the 165 lb. Supermatch? This will be very intense. This is a matchup that is made for television. Two of the greatest lightweights that have ever pulled!

My vote went for Cobra. I think this will be a battle. It will come down to hand control, and Cobra is the master of hand control. Cobra will be in a dominant position.

My vote goes to Allen. In the NAL it is best of 5. I do think that Cobra will get hand control but I don't know if he has the endurance to win 3 times. Allen pure side pressure style....I think will tire Cobra out.

Soooo, no preliminary match whatsoever? First Matt is cut completely out now Chris Chandler is overlooked? I don't understand why this weight class is being treated differently from the others.

As for the matchup, Allen will win. Convincingly.

Your are right about the class being overlooked. Allen Fisher should have pulled Chris Chandler and the winner would face Cobra. The other weight classes had the #2 and #3 contenders pull. Why not the 165 class?

Why not the 165 class? i agree with Willie.i just do not understand the double standarded opinions about the same subject.it was ok for some people NAL to treat this class differently when a none ranked puller was set to pull number one ranked guy but it is not ok when it is treated differently now by setting no qualification match.is it about fairness or what we want to see?to me both are wrong as it should not be treated differently but as Travis mentioned before that NAL is dictated by him,and no democracy in there The NAL is not a democracy it is completely a dictatorship (I'm the boss) this match was to hype up armwrestling in my town... The match will now not happen and Cobra's reason and time frame were considered and approved... Matt Harris will be taking care of, as well... I would have loved to see the match and I personally am a Matt Harris fan... I would not be surprise to see Matt the NAL light weight champ soon... Please remember the NAL does whatever the NAL wants to do!!! Our business will most likely change 10 more time until someones pays big money on a system that works for them (sponsor).. Travis

I think Cobra will win but it is going to be a long battle once they are in the strap they have to stay there and I think they will get strapped up, Allen did beat Chris at the ARNOLD but that is not in the NAL , I guess time will tell,

This is the most exciting match up of USA pullers that I can think of. Let's say Cobra had to pull someone else first and/or Allen before meeting each other. What if, and I don't think it would have happend but, what if one or both of them would lose on fowls... Then we wouldn't get to see this match up. I know there's other great pullers in the US at their weight but, I don't think any of them, right now any way, are on the level as these two. If any of you dissagree, who is it and why aren't they going out and proving it? We have Nationals (The real Nationals that qualifies you for WAF-The real World Championships) and 4-5 other huge tournaments that any one can show what they're made of. Over the last 3 years who has been as dominant as Cobra & The Fish? ??

Couldn't you make that argument for Brzenk and Barboza? Why have a prelim against Todd? IMO if you're going to have prelims at every other weight class then you should have one at this weight class. But, like Engin said, it's been made pretty clear that the NAL is a dictatorship, so it's a moot point.

I agree with you in that respect but, there has never, isn't any, and may not ever be a match up as exciting as this one. WOW................AND ITS LIGHT WEIGHTS

Consider each one's history, styles, dominance over the last few years, and they're both Masters (40+) That's scary. But, it does give the rest of us hope to get it together before it's too late.
