yep if you eat one of them unless you are running 3 nights a week you will gain like 6 pounds over the next week just burning off the carbs and eating normal I have to do one every once in a while anyway. I have been off from cardio since christmas. I guess its time to start back up.

I've managed to stay right at 220lbs. The stacked 242 class is tough to compete in at 220. Next time I get a 242 tourney I might need some of Jim battles pie.

Damn Battles, I'm at 230 already and now I need some of that pie and a gallon of milk, whole milk, none of the watery stuff!!!! Just wanna thank everyone. I had a blast at the tourney and it was great to see Rob, Allen, Frank, Tom and others. It was a lot of fun after the nerves and butterflies settled down a bit. That was some serious competition with some the top guys. I don't think anyone in that class was over 230ish more like heavy 220's. Looking forward to matching up a couple more times this year and I'm sure these top 4 or 5 will be topping the results throughout 2008. The northeast is off to a great start!!
All the best, Jim
