Ryan, I've have set and read all these post about God and religion....and to me the most offensive and disturbing thing about all of them is that many of the negative remarks against the things you post are from people who either claim to be christians or at least God fearing people, but yet it's upsetting to them to read remarks about the God they say they know........I wonder how God feels about that, to have sent His Son Jesus so we could have fellowship with Him ( God ) yet we hate to hear or talk about Him What everyone seems to keep missing is that, as a true christain we can't help but talk about Him, whether it's on a message board or in public, it's a relationship with our creator NOT a religion.........when He comes in into your heart and changes you, and you begin seeing those changes you want to share what He is doing in your life, and not keep it all to yourself.........until people realize it's a spirtual thing not carnal they'll never understand I know I'm not very good at expressing whats on my heart ( not as good as you )but this stuff as gotten terrible, people disturbed and upset for hearing about God, maybe one day they'll get to experience Him for themselves and won't feel this way anymore God Bless

Yeah Mike, but when you wear it on your sleeve, expect retribution.....Ryan can take it...especially behind a computer.
I like the comment about those claiming to be christians or god fearing people.
You express yourself just fine.

Mike, it isn't whether or not people are God fearing or not, it is about the fact if you do not worship God the way Ryan believes (Ex. Mormon, Muslim, Catholic, etc.) then you are headed to hell.
If Ryan is truly intrested in others' salvation, why is he pushing these other's religion away? (Please do not come back and say you (Ryan) do not mean to offend) Then he has the nerve to say it is in the name of Christ. Is this not a form of blasphemy?
I feel Ryan's intentions were to witness of Christ's love and his salvation, but at some point Ryan's ego stepped in and his message turned from salvation to proving everyone wrong. Is this how it is supposed to be done?

I feel Ryan's intentions were to witness of Christ's love and his salvation, but at some point Ryan's ego stepped in and his message turned from salvation to proving everyone wrong. Is this how it is supposed to be done? According to the bible they are wrong. It has nothing to do with my ego. Does Christ push people away or accept everyone? He accepts those who have faith in him alone! According to the bible everyone else IS wrong. It is not my ego. If i were truly interested in others salvation should i be silent. when Jesus said that he is THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. or how about when he said there is NO WAY to the father EXCEPT THROUGH THE SON. According to the bible you either worship God in spirit and truth through faith in the Son of God and what he did on the cross OR YOU ARE ON THE PATH TO HELL. thats what the bible says NOT Ryan's egoWhat your not realizing Allen is for the sake of ones salvation they must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ ALONE the Son of God, or yes it will lead them to hell, this is what the bible teaches. Anything outside of faith in Christ alone is a path that leads to destruction. The bible says "no greater love has a man that he would lay his life down for another" Why would someone lay his life down for another unless they were in serious danger? And why would someone lay their life down for another unless that was the only way to give them life? What your saying is that no matter if you believe in Christ or not you can go to heaven. That teaching spits in the face of Christ on the Cross and THAT is blasphemous!!! John 3:16 the famous feel good scripture is so often taken out of context. (paraphrase)"for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that you and i could have everlasting life" Yes God gave his son because he loves you but he didnt do it because your worth so much. He did in an act of love not of your worth but of HIS worth. He loved you so much he opened the doors for you to have the ability to worship him. And gave you the access to have fellowship with the greatest thing in the universe. My point is he gave his life because that was THE ONLY way for you to be able to worship that which is worthy of worship. SO... you cannot expect to believe in any god you choose and still get to heaven. God made a specific plan and you must follow in that narrow path or you are in the broad path that leads to destruction. For you to say that God must honor and obey your choice of worship even when its wrong, you are telling God that he must worship you and honor your plan for salvation. That my friend will only lead to destruction. AND THATS WHAT THE BIBLE TEACHES As for my excuses of offending people (paraphrase) Galatians 5:11. And I, brethren, if I yet preach that you can get to hevean through your own works, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offence of the cross ceased. The bible says the preaching of the cross is offensive. Its going to happen i know that. So for the sake of not offending people should i be silent? Thats NOT what the bible teaches. Thats NOT the character of Christ.

John 3:30. He must increase, but I must decrease.
Galatians 2:20. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Colossains 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

Uh, that didn't really answer the question. My question was honest and sincere. I wasn't looking for a copy paste answer to your feelings.

Am I the charactor of christ? No.
The point of the scriptures is that i have died. And i daily attempt to crucify the flesh, through faith in christ crucified. but Christ lives in me. I am not the charactor of Christ but the more and more i yeild to the conforming of the spirit of God the more the charactor of Christ should be seen in me. This is not subject to the preconcieved idea of who Christ is. This is not subject to anyones opinoin of who Christ should be.

Ryan, you proved everyone right in your post to me. Where? Take your pick.
You cannot see that what you are saying is not PREACHING the teachings of the Bible, but instead throwing the words in the Bible around as if you were there when they (people) wrote it and you know every single interpretation…without doubt. You are as naïve as they come, man.
Ryan wrote: "What your saying is that no matter if you believe in Christ or not you can go to heaven. That teaching spits in the face of Christ on the Cross and THAT is blasphemous!!!"
Ryan, just in that statement you made shows everyone you do NOT fully comprehend what you read…here, or in the Bible. Therefore, you cannot teach God's word in which is WRITTEN in the Bible. What I meant in what I said – "it isn't whether or not people are God fearing or not, it is about the fact if you do not worship God the way Ryan believes (Ex. Mormon, Muslim, Catholic, etc.) then you are headed to hell." – was an example of what YOU perceive others are saying to you and what they believe to be TRUTH from what they were taught (See Karen Beans explanation of learning from your origin.) are WRONG.
How many times will it take to get through to you? It isn't that of what you believe to NOT be true, it is what YOU are saying, and how YOU are saying it, is that of what people have the problem with. Along with the fact you are making more enemies that you are not AWARE of. Not the people who are telling you to shut up, but the ones who are not telling you to shut up. They are the ones you need to worry about.
Do you think yourself to be one of Jesus' disciples?
Ryan, there are other methods to get your message across; this is not one of them. I know you are capable of doing it. You choose not to and that is what worries me about your well-being.
Ryan Wrote: - "According to the bible you either worship God in spirit and truth through faith in the Son of God and what he did on the cross OR YOU ARE ON THE PATH TO HELL." – This is true, but not your method of truth. (Do not come back with another naïve position on how your method is of the Bible. That will be a cop-out.)
If you cannot see what the majority, in here, is saying to you, then...nevermind.
