Well we know everyones favorite types of training music but lets name our top 5 training songs.

Right now that song is the # 2 club banger in Canada and the Usa.
all I can say if rage or audioslave did the opening guitar riff after the dum dah da opening you'd all be pukin in your panties ;D.

I just can't 'get down' with a song about 'riding a cowboy'. Kind of like Shania Twain's song Man I Feel Like a Woman. Great beat but listening to it I feel like a....well...you know.

Kurt thinkin about tradin in that Man-card . Just to be clear the song is telling females to save a horse and ride a cowboy, bein a cowboy myself its great advertisment.

Here in the Tri-State area (DE-PA-NJ) As far as I knew the Tri-State area was New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. How in the hell does Pennsyvania and Delaware get into the mix? Unless it is used by you guys down there. I can understand Pennsylvania, only because it is such a huge state, but Delaware isn't worth mentioning for anything. If anything it should be referred to as "The Armpit Of America" based on it's size, location, and people that live there!!!

my favourite training songs are 1: eye of the tiger 2: basically all the rocky songs n over the top songs 4 me.
hope some of you agree
i dont know some of the songs you know as for im only 16 and from england so dont hear some of them.
