No, Malin, difficult because you are physically in Sweden, which is thousands of miles away. Not difficult to convince you to come. I know you want to party!

I drink on social basis'. I am not one for getting wasted for the hell of it. Why would you? I used to use tobacco (smokeless), but wised up and quit. The bad thing about smoking is, it gets into your hair, clothes, curtains, carpet, and even in the suitcase that you leave in the car that is 30 feet from the source. Oh yeah, in the lungs of the people sitting at the table next to you at Pizza Hut while trying to eat with their children.

I smoke but planning to change that soon. Its such an unhealthy habbit. As for drinking, I am a social drinker. rarely do I drink anything at home, and i dont party much at all anymore. Now those after tournament parties are a different story entirely, but thats for a different topic.lol

If you must drink do so in moderation. And no that is not a joke. Hard performance enhancing drugs will dry out your muscle, joints, and even your sexual organs. Sad to say, but if you are a athlete it would be best to watch your consumption of your alchohol. Not to say that I don't drink a bloody Mary or have a beer, but I would always say do it wisely, and never within 2 weeks of competition. What can I say my gilfriend is a bartender and likes to have more than a few, so I researched it.
On the subject of tobacco Muscle & Fittness magazine 3 years ago stated that studies show that the average NCAA athlete was 17% weaker for up to 2 after after the use of chewing tobacco, and an alarming 26% weaker for up to 1 hour after smoking. Kind of makes you think twice don't it?

Kind of makes you think twice don't it? Muscle&Fitness also says that farting 10 times a day burns 135 calories, but why stop at 10? I enjoy fitness magazines for their useful tips on workout exercises, but their helpful "statement" articles are rather useless, as they are usually based upon 1 random clincial study that maybe involved 30 people and, in my opinion, that is just an opinon. You can have 5 people play rock, paper, scissors all day and determine if paper is better than rock, but who gives a sh$t. On the other hand, smoking is certainly bad for you and drinking more than 14 alcoholic drinks in a week leads to premature brain function.

I drink beer! No, let me rephrase that. I love beer! Never smoked, dipped or chewed in my life.

Allen, do you remember meeting me at 2003 Unified Nationals. I had long shaggy hair. I dont' know if we've ran into each other since.
Okay Malin, so if our hair is cut the same, we look like brothers.

I don't use either of them. I have found that the best "high" I have ever experienced is being healthy. It takes a lot of work and dedication, but it's more than worth it.
