I was wondring, what`s the favourite meal for armwrestlers? and probably some recipe I love stakes , just trow the meat on the grill,and thats all

favorite meal is pasta with meat sauce (no pork but beef).what i must eat before the events are cheese,beef,chicken breast,egg yolks,rice and pasta (boiled in diet way)

T-Bone steak (grown on my property) and Lobster, caught fresh at Costco.

Crab caught every weekend by yours trully. Also good craw fish, steamed and stewed to perfection. But when it comes to moms cookin its all about Lasagna, cecilian garlic loaf, and a good old bloody mary to wash it all down. MMMMMMM........ Heart Burn
