I agree that Fedor is the top heavyweight out there right now. The reason I believe is he can box, he keeps his hands up and has great power in both fists. I don't remember Cro Cop fighting in the UFC before that fight I thought it was his debut. I agree Jim, getting knocked out like that is hard to come back from as it takes a lot out of you both physically and mentally. Dan Henderson is one tough fighter/ he was a great wrestler and has above average hand skills. The UFC just got a lot more exciting to watch.

The first time for Cro Cop in the UFC was at the same time as Rampage made his debut. A knock out takes out of you what you let it. Weak mind, weak body. Just like in armwrestling The Ice man has come back, Cro Cop has come back...

P.S. A real man takes from his losses not the other way around!

I don't think so. The REF flipped his leg back out from under him. Cro Cop was walking on it OK after the fight. I'll bet it hurt the next day!

Russell, the fact he was at the top all ready proves he has a strong mind and body. Please don't compare a lose in armwrestling to a knock out like that. or any fighting sport to the sport of armwrestling. It an't the same or even close. I hope he does come bac as he is an exciting fighter to watch.

Henderson and Jackson have many common opponents. They are both great fighters, but Henderson has faired much better in the biggest matches out there. My favorite comparison is when these two fought Wandeleigh Silva(?spell) multiple times. Rampage Jackson was the victim of one of the most vicious assaults I had ever seen. The Brazillian walked away and left him badly beaten and unconcious, hung over the ropes like a warning to all the other crows to stay away, it was sick.
Around the same time, Henderson went the distance with the Brazilian Nagoya (can't spell the names sorry) I think, maybe even beat him. He also did much better against wandeleigh. I don't remember the stats, just remember watching both fight common opposition and Henderson did better. I think he can handle Jackson.
Crocop has fought for quite a few years and this was his pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Tough to recover from that type of loss.

When I was in school a f#$% put a hurt on me that was NASTY I was not ready and got smashed up good. I took off three days of school and came back and put hem and his buddy out for the count... In the first fight he broke my tooth, nose and two black eyes so it was a bad day ;D Just like in armwrestling the first tournament I got smashed good but I love "The Fight" To get back up and give it a other go... THIS INSPIRATIONAL STORY IS FOR MY BROTHER IN ARMS MARK EVANS...... "I HOPE THIS STORY HELPS YOU GET OVER YOUR FEAR OF A BAD BUTT WOOOPEN AND WHAT IT CAN DO TO A WEAK MIND"...

Russell, I want to be the first to congratulate you on your inspirational come back story. Way to take down those 2 school yard bullies. I won't kiss your back side side but I will buy you a cold one for sharing that hard fought story with the rest of us. As for Jackson and Henderson. I think I'll go with Henderson as well. I believe the hands are equal while Henderson has better ground skills.

That was a GREAT three day comeback Mark!!! That just shows give enough time and even the slowest minds can play catch up . Mark you tell me NOT to make a comparison and thats just what I will do ( Just For Ya ) I would say lets take it to the table but given what you said about a loss, a BAD loss... I will let you keep on keeping on.

Now that made me laugh. Actually I had a come back for you, posted it and deleted it. I don't want to become an internet warrior like some other people on the board. Then I contemplated explaining what it takes to get in the ring and fight in front of thousands of people against another man who has been training possibly as hard or harder than you have, but stopped figuring you have probably already done so. I mean you did share your school yard experience. I was 24-7 in the ring, been in more fights as a man than I can remember, (I'm not counting my school years) and still train people how to fight. What I am telling you Russ is getting beat on the armwrestling table is nothing compared to getting your ass handed to you in the ring or cage. There comes a time when one to many fights takes it's toll on a fighter no matter how BIG their heart is and they can't perform the way they want too. Fear of a Bad Butt Woopen??? I think I'll just let that one go and not post what I'm thinking. I will give you this, a lot of strong guys quit armwrestling as soon as the smaller guy puts a beating on them at the table, kind of deflates their ego. Take care my friend.
