Thank you Igor!! I will do my best to get to that event, but the first 2 weeks in December currently look busy to me... I had a fantastic time at PAL, i think this league is leading the way in the format and the way the reffing is done! I have already adjusted my trainning so that i will do better over a 6 round format. Thank you Igor!

Hey Ron, I was a frikkin' massive 240! that is probably heavy enough for you to never want a rematch! as for Taras i think his arms probably weighed about 100 lbs a piece, but seriously i wouldn't have put him far from my weight, but i don't know since i never saw.

What can i say? Taras was the man that day, too much hand and wrist. i managed to slow him down the first 2 matches, so that i could use my arm at least, but by the third match i was no longer fast enough to catch him. Thank you to PAL for giving me this chance, i will be trainning harder than ever to make a wrist that will not flop!!

Christian! I will probably be the 18th or 19th guy who will break your arm... and when i do it if someone takes a picture, that will be what you see on this board! haha

No worlds for me this year. Hey Ron! Next time we have a match i am going to pay the reff to let me push my arm down with my head, you have no chance! I didn't think the match was with Ion, i believed it was with Taras, but either one is good.

I feel honoured to have been invited to pull! I have alot of respect for my opponent, I feel that he is a champion puller from everything I have seen or heard. I am excited to compete, and I will show up prepared and focused!! I am trainning in a sauna to prepare me for the heat!!haha!

Hey Y'all So My sister Ashleigh did some editing on the match Ron and i had at Mike's tournament. She did an amazing job, really capturing it all really well. if you want to see it go to her site - www.larrash.com go down to the bottom where it says "mybrotherisbetterthanyourbrother" (haha) click on that. for some reason quicktime does not come up, however it is loading, it takes about 15 min to get it all in, but it is a pretty sweet clip. promoters or armwrestlers i encourage you to use my sister - demo tapes, editing, whatever, she knows her trade! Thanks again to Ron for coming up to Canada and having this match with me.

There is no better way to tell who is the better of 2 armwrestlers than a "supermatch" format best out of whatever. This is why it has become so popular. This is why PAL uses it to determine their rankings. It is tue that Ron and I are very close....just as expected. When i went to the Mike Gould Classic this match was all i went there for, because I felt that this would determine the better man that day. The rest of the day was just a good time. In closing at this time I have proven - on the table, in supermatch format, On 25 Mar 06 that I have beaten Ron Bath. Until he beats me in a 1 on 1 format, i will consider myself ahead of him in the rankings.

Thank you again Ron for coming up. I am probably hurting more than you... everything is sore from my fingers to my thighs. kind of feel it breathing! I do look forward to doing this one again, i feel at this time we are about as closely matched as possible. next time i would like to do it in a place where they would sing your anthem. Take care and see you soon!

Just so you guys all know - with my right hand i am unable to even touch my thumb to my right shoulder when fully extended, from some previous injuries. perhaps somehow i was cured during this match, let me check.... no, i don't think that i am able to do that foul period. I do agree Ron and i need a rematch, but not for the reffing, i thought they did great. I will review the match again, but i am very sceptical right now.

Thank you to all for the beast comments! I have been wanting a best out of 5 with Mr. Bath for a long time now..... I believe this match would be very very good. I think we may have very similar tools and abilities, lending for good matches not decided instantly.... i am unavailable untill the Mike Gould Classic, a perfect venue for this to happen. Everything is good on this end for it to happen!!!
