Garrett: Travis already beat voevoda righty at the 2003 Worlds. So you beat some one and thats it? Boy tell Brzenk, Cobra, Patton etc that. Rob: " Charles Cook " is probably Garrett's NEW " Character ". UGH

I have felt Richard Lupkus at his best. Garrett please trust me on this,… Don’t compare Travis with Richard or Gary ….not yet anyway. Not saying it isn’t possible though.
I’m very sure that Voevoda would not have had an easy time with either of those guys at their best.

Garrett I didnt know you have been following Voevoda and all that. I have been following Voevoda for a few years and was quite surprised when Travis beat him at the 2003 Worlds. He had been dominating the European scene almost since he got started. I personally didn't think anyone on this side of the Atlantic could touch him then. From Ask JB: www.armwrestling.com/jbrzenk3.htmlI think I should have been more clear: Voevoda is the most dominant open class puller I have seen since Lupkes who only pulls in the "open" class, i.e., 243+, 231+, 201+, or whatever is considered "supers" now.

If people are naive to think there is a Charles Cook? What did we do Christian, make up a name and post it in our results from the Florida State just so Garrett could have a fake name? And we did this thinking what? That Travis would never see that it was posted he didn't place 1st and he wouldn't say anything? Or was Travis supposed to be in on it too Christian? And what about all those in attendance at the Florida State that saw Charles Cook compete? Were they delirious?
Ridiculous.
FYI, Charles Cook is alive and well, does exist, and lives in the state of Florida. If you would like any specific information regarding Mr. Cook, feel free to email me and I'll give you whatever you want, i.e. address, phone, email.
I know it's impossible for you to know ALL the armwrestlers in this country Christian, so you might want to check someone out before you assume they don't exist.

Christian, Charles Cook is a real person. Along with the reasons Frank gave. He used to live here in the Atlanta area and we used to work out. He was a Bull. I loved the work out. He had great inside strength and would give me one heck of a work out. His strength is were Travis is probably his weakest and that would be a hook. I didn't see the match. Though if Travis took him too lite or was off his game just a little, it wouldn't have to of been much or Charlie has been working at it again It is feasable. and was for what ever reason. In a rematch I would probably pick Travis. We just never know though do we.

Travis I will let you know, I beleive he is going to the South GA. Tournament the end of March. He was last year. I dominated him. I will let you know. So anyone from Florida; let Charlie Cook know I'll be looking for him there and maybe even that Dave Randel Character.

Thanks Ron, You know sometimes someone we seem to never hear about comes along and beats someone on a certain day, and then maybe we dont hear from them. Charles cook, in Travis own word's is a Beast.(That's your name Travis!) One of the things i wish i could have seen in my 25yrs of pulling was the match people were talking about..Brzenk and Lupkas! I have never had the chance to even see richard (I dont think unless he pulled Petaluma from 1981-1990) From the pictures..He was Incredible, I wish i could have seen that one! You know Charles cook, Hat's off to him, He beat Travis on that day, but whether he does it again we will have to see.
