Please keep in mind the ramifications of such an encounter. I strongly suggest that any beef between men be handle somewhere other than the tourney (unless it is strictly on the table). Any public displays of violence will re-enforce the negative stigma we are all trying to change about the sport.
I suggest if anyone plans on attending the Can-Am's for reasons other than armwrestling or fun, they should stay home. Do it for armwrestling!! Handle your beef elsewhere
Can-Am's are held at a beautiful place that we also may lose if order is not maintained
Either way it could be fun, just think of the price

Way to go Ron. Why is everybody getting worked up over this? Do you really think they (brothers, 1 pulls left the other pulls right ) will show up in at the Can-Ams after all the trash talking? At the 2003 Big Apple Grapple on the Intrepid, the 2 brothers were in the corner shooting some type of substance with a needle directly into their forearms BEFORE each pull.....DIDN'T WORK TO WELL! ;D Before the 2002 Harley Pull, They got on the AAA messageboard and the brother that pulls right said he was going to crush John Brzenk....I think we could guess how that went Then during the meet the brother that pulls left spoke to one of training partners and accused me and others of being " on ". Even telling him what I specifically take. Naturally this was after I SLAMMED him. ;D. Out of respect for Mike Bowling and my training partner, I DIDN'T cause a scene. ;D After the Harley Pull, they got back on the AAA messageboard and accused John Brzenk and Ron Bath of both being "on ".....After being bashed on the board, they haven't been on since... ;D

One more thing: At the Harley Pull, my training partner asked them if they wanted to come to practice.....UM......NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!!

Of course not Christian. If they would have showed up, I am sure with the way their mouths run, we all would not be talking about them today!!!

I agree with Mr. Klemba, this crap dosen't look good for the sport and WOULDN'T be good for the Can-am's. I seriously don't think Todd Opitz will be going, he also stopped emailing me. Hopefully Kurt will let him sign up to this board. Thats what Todd wants. It would make for some interresting coversations... P.S. Thanks to everybody!

Well I know first hand the kind of crap the Opitz Boys talk. Chris Myers, Mike Seleris, Mike Ondrovic, Brian Superman LaPila, & a few more were mention to be USING right now. I just let Todd talk & did not even try to stop him. I was asked in a round about way what I use & I said that I am strongly against it. Always have been & always will be. Just not my cup of tea. But truth be known, if you talk it, then you need to back it up. I saw how easily they can get riled up & just walk away, for those that were in PA in Nov @ Tom Simko's tourney, you already know... ;D

Here is a life lesson from the bible ;D suprising i would say something like this i know. totaly unexpected. The bible says this In proverbs 16:18. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. In armwrestling you challenge someone to a match or a supermatch or whatever the case, humbly you make this challege. you walk away with respect win or lose. You talk much trash in pride and arrogance and you lose you lose alot of respect. and you are humiliated and embarrassed.

I dont think it would be a Good Idea what so ever to have them on the Board, this has Nothing to do with the topic Armwrestling Kurt. If he is on, then all this nonsense will surely not do our sport well. If they are tough guys then let them go to the Toughman contest and settle it with gloves on! Lets just let it go Rob, you have nothing to prove, and there is no gain in this Garbage from them! from a concerned Puller to another... Thanks Sol
