he's a strongman by trade i believe so they do a lot of grip work. strange that his wrists isn't up to par yet. not that he's far away from being there. once he is fully trained and understands the sport...i don't believe anyone will beat him. he is just one of those guys that is just to strong.

What the heck!!! That guy is crazy huge!!!! I agree, if he pursues AWing he might be a force. What do I need to do to get hands like those?

Don't forget the video of him and Voevoda pulling!!! Marc. At one point, Voevoda is holding him with 2 hands (unsuccessfully). Engin, yes he does look like the HULK! Amazing how much power he has in all that bulk. The bulk doesn't always translate into raw power.

Bulk doesn't translate immediately into power but it increases your ability to create it. Just have to train for it. And it's also individual. Meaning that you can't compare between two people. But making YOUR muscle's bigger by strength training will make you stronger a certain degree. But just cause you added an inch to your arm. Doesn't mean the strength gained will be equal to/ more or less than someone else added and inch to there arms.
