Who should be the last puller profiled on Pulling John? I personally think it is so hard to only have 12 pullers. There are so many pullers who deserve to be there. Will the last one be a female?

Willie, it should most definitely be Craig Tullier...for obvious reasons. However, I do not see him being included. Maybe for reasons we all know nothing about. Good question!

Either one of those guys would be a good choice, so would Josee Morneau or Joyce King or Dot Jones or Vika Gabagkova.
I think there are a lot of interesting personal stories in armwrestling.
But if I had to pick one person it would have to be Dave Patton b/c he is still one of the best at his weight in the country and was the greatest lightweight ever by many accounts.

I will have to agree (don't tell anyone) with James. Other than Craig, Dave Patton would be a great choice. IMObHO James, look at my status...I am catching up to you quickly!! Watch Out!

IMObHO = In My Obvious but Humble Opinion My underware, huh? Well, that was below the belt... ;D I have nothing to worry about, bub. Let me quote Olin when I say, "You butthole!"

I know, what's with that? I've seen him refer to people as butthole before. Interesting, but hey, I guess everyone has their own little catch phrases.

Hey guys what Cleve Dean? he was and still is one of the best of all time. His name is always mentioned when people ask me about armwrestling. And he probably holds more world titles than anyone else. thats not taking anything from anyone, all the names mentioned are great guys and pullers. I know craig and think he is one of the class acts of the sport

Haha, Mike, that would be a great "April Fools" joke, but I can see it happening one day Todd, I can see where you are coming from, and I know Cleve has accomplished more in his career than a lot of now-a-day pullers. I think the site is featuring the very active pullers of today. Even though Cleve may still be pulling, he isn't pulling as much as he used to and will probably not be able to keep up the with demanding schedule to hold the ranks that will be expected of him. He is definitely a shoe-in for the armwrestling hall of fame, if he isn't already. Didn't he lose a lot of weight?

Armwrestling hall of fame, is someone actually keeping such a thing in any significant fashion?

Simon, I am not sure, but it would be awesome if there were!!
We need a topic on who the nominees would be.

I was thinking of the criteria but so many people would argue about what the requirements would be how could you start. Maybe we just elect a voting panel and let them review anyone that is nominated by his or her peers, only so many can be inducted each year.
