Just wondering have you ever consider recruiting another moderator to help you with the burden? Yes, I have been considering adding one or two moderators to the board, and even another administrator. That way, the board will continue to grow, even if something happens to me (god forbid  ). However, after a couple of years of moderating this board, I realize now how difficult it is to be unbiased towards members that I personally know. Do some of these people 'get away' with more, compared to members that I don't know? Maybe, maybe not. But there is that little bit of 'conflict-of-interest' lurking around, so to speak. Therefore, I think any new moderators will be anonymous (but existing members of the board). What do you all think about this? Fair, unfair? Either way, if anyone is interested in being a moderator, then Instant Message me... |

i think that is probably the best way to do it that way there is no anamosity between member's....
