I enjoyed that play by play action. I wish every tournament came with that.

I haven't jumped on a scale in a few days. I am not concerned about the weight I pull. I just can't wait to pull. I though I had two guys that I wanted to pull in the same class, but there has been too much confusion about their classes and their weights. I am just going to jump on the scale, read the numbers and get my arm ready. See ya Friday.

Simon , I started at 217 and I am down to 203 which I can sweat 5 pounds easy so I can make 198 I was hoping to be 198 without sweating at all but I lost the weight slow and controlled so I would not be Tired or weak. The only reason I bothered to lose the weight was to try and go to the Arnold. if I pulled 220 even if I won I dont get to go. I would have to place at 243+ which I dont think I could do so I dieted to the 198. That is one thing I like better about AAA they used to combine the weight classes to compile the arnold Good destiny to you sir and that first Beer is on me good luck to all others Christopher Myers

Scott, I designed my diet after yours... sort of. Chinese Buffet twice last week All you can eat for $6.35! Come on, who could pass that up? Anyhow, thank you for the vote of confidence, I felt very strong and controlled last practice and I hope it carries over to this weekend.

It sounds like you are right where you want to be, I hope not to have to sweat anything, I feel so much better when I can eat the day or weigh ins etc.
As much as I am looking forward to talking over a beer, here is hoping we are not doing it after only two matches each.
