Hey Christian,
I'm going to Jame's for practice this Saturday so I'll talk to James and see if he can find out about some of the upstate NY guys.. I know he's close with Sasso and Latella and the rest of them.
I'm also waiting to hear from Kurt as far as some of his fellow pullers. Guys like Eric Guevin, Greg Caratola, and his brother Jason..
But as soon as I hear from new people I'll deffinately post it on the board so everyone knows who's coming..

This ordeal sounds like a great time. Let me check the calendar and see if I can squeeze it in. I would love to be there. I'll tell the others. Maybe you could charge a (dare I say it) small admission fee to help offset costs. I'm certainly up for it and I'm sure others would be too.

Damn straight Vic you should not have to absorb all the costs of a Bar B Que feeding hungry armwrestlers. It would be completely fair to collect a kitty to offset your costs.... Count me in as a contributor

Hey Rob & Chris,  Thanks for being so cool about the financial aspect of this party... It is things like this that make me feel that as a group we (the armwrestlers) are a closer group of individuals then any other sport groups.. I've played American Legion baseball college basketball and I can honestly say that my teammates then were never as caring and supportive as my armwrestling family... On that note would it be ok that those that are not able to bring some type of food dish to the party chip in $5.00 a head to help offset the expense??? I know I didn't ask for it earlier but it would deffinately help Arlene and I out... Ooooh and by the way just in case anyone is interested, that Sunday morning is the annual Bristol Mum parade. Josh Stark and Melissa have aquired a float for the parade and will be displaying it as an armwrestling float.. There will be tables set up on the float with people going through the motions... Your Brother in Arms Vic And thanks again to everybody in advance for all your help and support.. I hope we can make this an annual event... Don't know about everybody else but I think we all deserve a good time once in a while!!! ;D |

Steven, Glad to hear that your going to make it down  !! You mentioned in an earlier post that your going to bring a video camera are you still going to do that?? The reason I ask is because I will be taping also and when everything is all said and done with a friend of mine is going to take the tape and edit it with music and other features to make a Rocky style video, would be cool to have different tapes to draw from for this video. Once done I'll make them available to all who were there and to those that wanted to be!!! I think this would be an awesome conclusion to the mayhem that is going to take place that weekend!! |

I bring my camera with me everywhere. ;D I collect armwrestling video footage from all over and make collages of them. I could do an exclusive peice on this arm festival, but I don't know how it would compare to Rocky...LOL. |

Hey Joe, Glad to see you found out about the party.. I e-mailed Gabe to have him tell you guys but since you know maybe I can count on you to spread the word to Gabe, Norm, Jessie and David.. Oh and Mr. Meyers who was bullying who at practice.. I'm still looking for my elbow!! you know the one?? the one you blasted off the back of the table so fast I didn't know what hit me... But I did catch you the second time, good thing James rented my an elbow!!! HEHEHE LMAO!!!! I can't wait till the next practice either, Oh and by the way how's the quarter counting going ;D You have to let me know the next time you guys are practicing.
