Just got off the phone with Gary and it is a 4sure go. Did not wanna let this out of the bag 2 weeks ago as K-1 changes fighters on the regular. That being said both of these guys are a part of my family. But I go with the one I work for. Prediction- Goodridge by submission RD1.
This should give all you keyboard warriors something to chat about.

On the face of it my heart & head have got to go with Gazzer G ! mainly as he has so much experience now and Alan (although he does have a Sumo n Sambo background) appears to be relatively new to MMA (correct me if I am wrong). Can we catch this event on pay per view??? Gary is going to have to strike him hard and take him to the ground. If he can front mount Alan, then I think Gary will take him, but if Alan gets on top of Gary it's not going to be pretty!!!!!!!!! I look for an early KO by Gary, or it's going to be ugly.

I think Gary will be able to handle himself just fine against Karev while on his back. Gary has alot of submission skills and experience in these settings and has shown better than average submission in the past. I think Gary wins by Submission in the first round and will probably do so handidly.

In the HEROS K1 card it has Karaev vs. Jerome Le Banner. I don't know much about Karaev but Le Banner is not a good fight for anyone in K1. This is NOT an MMA fight.
