Sorry, I wasn't charging shipping on mine at the $30 mark. But i will sell them for $20 plus whatever shipping to your location. I will be selling them for $20 at the US open in Florance Oregon. Sold out of them at the last tournament. So if you are interested just give me call or email me.

The 5 does a great job for back pressure moves and bend but the 3 gives a really good workout for roles and bend for the wrist and forarm. I actually use both but use my 3 a tad more.
