I didn't get a chance to talk too much with you Engin, but I have seen you pull many times & 2 times @ the Worlds. You have lit a fire under my butt with some of the training that you do. I am sure it will pay off for me. Good Luck again in Vegas & thanks for hanging out. Pete, where did all the love go??? ;D I know you have a soft spot somewhere. Well we still have James in that class... Plus just because I'm getting back to 176lbs doesn't mean I won't pull the heavier class.. I need to push myself like never before.. Engin spent ALOT of time with me and pointed out alot of things both on the table and training.
He even went as far as to give me specific #'s to hit before Nationals, so here I go....

seems like everyone has forgotten me though I guess my future in the 198's isnt  Right now I have a fever and chills and the runs. i just weighed in at 211.. well maybe more than that. I better be better tomorrow, this sucks  |
