Hey Olin , here is my before and after pictures I went on the "Stacker 369" crash diet the side effects are a little dramatic and disturbing but the weight loss was worth it starting weight 764lbs with 400% body fat .... I decided to start a diet when I fell over and could not get up  here I am after only three days of "stacker 369" a svelt 57lbs with a negative -13% body fat you do get a bit of caffeine headache  tell me what you think? can I make the 54's yet? not 154's ......the straight up 54's only 3 lbs to go !! just bustin your balls.... you know I love you ....and you are my hero for dedication ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Christopher Myers |

You're going to need to carry some sand in your pockets after weigh-ins. Those desert winds have been known to carry itty-bitty people away in a flash.
